A interesting Hotel with each floor featured by a designer, worth for a try.

Such a good view

Rotten old milk for coffe, long ques. Trip com price was 150 with breakfast and turned out I was charged over 200 and no breakfast. Terrible hotel - I tried it for a second time, this time very disappointing especially with Trip.com - worse room for higher price.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are very unique and had a projector. I will definitely come back

I recently stayed at Hotel Puerta América and had a mixed experience. The hotel’s design is definitely its highlight—each floor features a unique style created by world-renowned architects, which makes for a visually exciting stay. The rooms are modern and spacious, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor. However, there were a few drawbacks. The service, while polite, felt inconsistent. Check-in took longer than expected, and there were delays with room service on multiple occasions. Additionally, while the hotel boasts of its luxury, some amenities felt a bit dated, especially considering the price point. The location is slightly away from the main tourist attractions, which is great if you’re looking for a quiet stay, but it’s not ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the action. Overall, Hotel Puerta América is a stylish and unique hotel, but there are areas where improvements could be made to justify the cost and overall experience.

The room we were given was lacking basic amenities like coffee machine, tea or any hot drinks. There was no robe or slippers either, we had to request it. They had a conference booked at the hotel so they ended the breakfast at 10:30 instead of 11am which left us without breakfast and they made no attempt to make up for it not even with coffee. The observatory was closed to guests throughout the period we were there for because of the conference. There's too much noise coming from the main road that filters into the room and even other guests shutting their doors can be heard loudly in the room. I think there was too much emphasis on aesthetics and less on functionality by the hotel. In terms of services it's not a 5star hotel in my opinion. We didn't have a great time which is a shame because it was our honeymoon, another thing the hotel failed to acknowledge eventhough it was mentioned to them.

Good hotel , great location. A bit disappointed that doesn’t have plug next to the bed. But the rest are good.

Very nice hotel, good facilities and location

Overall decent hotel except not very convenient in location so ended up taking lots of Ubers… was on level 10 which was very dark rooms (imagine all grey including the ceilings) which wasn’t the greatest but overall comfortable rooms and bed. Service was fine and dining was good except very limited for choice…

An amazing stay. The people from the front desk to the restaurants and everyone in between were exceedingly helpful and the amenities were excellent. I’d highly recommend the breakfast.

衞生：很好 環境：很有設計感 設施：有淋浴有浴缸，而且是分開的，很滿意 服務：非常好，借了勺子、刀、毯子，服務員都很好響應。 美中不足，在酒店房間丟了一個孩子剛買的毛絨玩具刺蝟，問了前台，看打掃人員有沒有看到，他們説沒有。
