The room feels uncomfortably narrow, making movement within it challenging. Additionally, the view of the street is marred by constant noise from police and emergency vehicles, which disrupts the atmosphere.

Opposite atocha train station but can take sometime to cross over because it’s located along major crossroads . Terrace faces retiro park but not much can be seen. Terrace room seems all located on 7th floor (highest is 8). The room is quite dusty (on the floor) though it looks clean on the whole. Amenities requested through a scan of QR code. Requested for a few items (as there are none not even a kettle!) and received a call that they already have slippers and dental kit in the room but will send anyway. But there was no slippers and dental kit in the room that’s why I request. Anyway, out of the things which I requested, they only sent over the above 2 and kettle. Some other items they did not sent to me even though I requested such as tea bag and amenity kit.

Right beside Atocha train station. There are good restaurants nearby. Very convenient to go to the museums, Puerta del sol or Retiro park.

Within a ten-minute walk from the train station, there are many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. It is also very close to Parque de El Retiro. It's not far to walk to the city center. The staff are helpful and polite. The room is large and fully equipped. Very good stay experience.

The hotel is in good location, where it is near the Atocha station that easily take train or bus to airport or other cities. The hotel room is clean and big. The staff are nice and helpful.

Reception was nice and allowed us to check in early because our room was early. The room was quite beautiful and spacious, overlooking the park. The facilities are clean and modern.

The location is really good. Also breakfast was delicious. There are many restaurants around the hotel and it was easy for a single woman to spend time there.
