Recommend to all~ nice hotel, Easy to get around, the train station is just two minutes walking distance, the room is cozy and clean,  the most important for me is cleanliness ~~~ Would absolutely stay here again when I come Madrid~

Fantastic hotel, relatively near the airport and the actual street that the hotel is on has several restaurants, cafes, big grocery chains, and is located in a fairly central area of Madrid, hotel breakfast is only 16 euros and quite good too

The bedroom is quite spacious and features a good layout, with a shower that works very well. However, I was a bit disappointed to have a room with a window that has non-transparent glass, making it impossible to see outside. Additionally, the bathroom was missing the usual amenities (like a toothbrush) that are typically provided in four-star hotels. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet is good, offering a large variety of choices, although I found it to be a bit too expensive.

Best hotel we stayed at during the whole trip in Spain. Went there for Travis’s Euro Tour, hotel is located right by a metro station and it’s 15 min away from city centre/Train station, 30 min away from Airport - really really convenient. Hotel’s got everything you are wishing for, recently renovated, air con really good, room is spotless and spacious, bedding is clean and soft. The only prob is that the wifi is on and off, could be slow sometimes. Staff is well trained and very friendly, especially the young lady help me with glasses of ice cubes, didn’t note her name. An unforgettable experience in Madrid, highly recommended.

Great location and very helpful staff! Location is perfect as it’s 1 minute away from metro station El Carmen. Everything is 20minutes away and perfect if you want to take the bus too! Room is spacious, bathroom has the basics, all in all, great value for money. I’ll stay again next time. :)

The room is so hot without turning on heater and we had to open windows to be able to sleep. Furthermore, the elevator feels like it's gonna malfunction everytime we go in and out, highly recommend to fix the elevator ASAP!

Basically , it was a standard European hotel. The hotel is located a bit far from most of the attractions but close the airport too. So it was more like somewhere between the centre and the airport. The service was just fair and standard. Not so welcoming nor rude. The room was alright but not outstanding. The double bed was made of two single beds. So that might be a point to consider if you care about it. There’s Carrefour Express just 3 min walk away, and you can get everything you might need for your stay. There’s no any amenities except shampoo and shower gel.

Very clean and modern design, facilities are new and well prepared. The bathroom is especially spacious. Has toothbrush and shampoo Breakfast is delicious, have to try the ham! Yummy! Nearby the metro and bus station, normally take 30mins to attractions Not many restaurants nearby Disadvantages: Air conditioner can only control wind not temperature A little smell of newly decorated room Bathroom hardware is new but seems not last long Highly recommend

The room is average, but plus point with big-double-bed! The cleaning staffs dont speak english and took the card in your room, when i asked for it they asked me to go down and get it (why?) No water from the second day, better prepare your water. Location is great by the park and view to the park is super nice in the morning.

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel in Madrid recently and I highly recommend it. The service was absolutely first class - from the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt completely looked after. The staff at the front desk were particularly outstanding: friendly, courteous and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, directions or other requests, the team was always ready with a smile. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of my stay. The selection was generous and left nothing to be desired. From fresh fruit and pastries to savory options and various coffee and tea specialties - every guest was able to start the day with a boost. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, perfect for business travelers. The Wi-Fi was good, which was ideal for my meetings and work. Overall, the business hotel in Madrid exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the Spanish capital.
