Location is the best as is along Gran Vie. Stay is comfy and toilet is clean.

Great location in the middle of everything. The place is clean, friendly staff and 3 shared bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Hostel just direct on main road of Gran via street. There's a tourist spots with shopping brand names, metro the near one just few minutes walks is Praza de espanha and Santo Domingo station and activities. A room just small but comforted for short stay is recommended. Shared 3 bathrooms but quite enough and clean. Receptionist from India but spoke very well for Spanish and English. And very kindly helpful. I recommend this place

THEY REFUSED TO LET MY FRIEND IN WHEN HER FLIGHT GOT DELAYED EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD PAID FOR THE NIGHT!!!! My friend got the worst experience when she arrived in Madrid around 1 am because her flight got delayed. They refused to let her in after 00:30 even though she was alone in a foreign country, in the middle of the night, with nowhere to go!!! And they are refusing to refund her!

Careful what you book on third party websites, I booked a 'twin room' but it was really a shared twin room, ie a shared hostel room. I explained my issue and they wouldn't help wanting another 50 Euro to upgarde, even when the room was empty at 4pm. Besides that (which wasnt really the hostels fault) check in was easy and friendly and gave clear instructions of the property. Id advise you to listen carefully as there is a swipe card to get in the bottom floor, a code for the entry door and a different code for the bedroom door. And there is no reception in morning or evening if you run into trouble. Room itself was quite a small room for 2 but did have a locker each and was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and clean and the hostel provided a towel which alot of hostels do not. There were 3 bathrooms; each with a toilet and shower. Very small but good enough. I didn't use the kitchen but was there if needed. Location was really good and I could walk to most attractions.

Gran estancia y el servicio de 10 ,el chico encantador ,ayudo en todo momento a mi madre que fue con su mejor amiga. Da gusto que haya gente tan educada con las personas mayores,muchas gracias. Sin duda volveremos a repetir. Y lo recomendamos a todo el que quiera ir a una escapa a la gran ciudad .

Todo genial!!! Esta situado en la Gran Vía, cerca de todo lo más emblemático. El chico encantador, camas cómodas, todo muy limpio, la cocina tiene lo justo para poder hacer desayunos, etc... Los baños y las duchas, son compartidas pero esta muy limpio. Vamos que lo recomiendo al 100%. Nosotr@s pensando en volver.

Buena ubicación en plena Gran Vía (coger parada Plaza España o Santo Domingo), en un séptimo piso. Entrada con códigos. Limpio y sin ruido. General para pasar un par de días en Madrid. A un paso de Sol o Ópera. Tiene una cocina comunitaria con electrodomésticos, tabla de planchar y plancha. Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.
