Personale molto gentile al check in. La stanza molto pulita e profumata. Ottima posizione. Disponibili nel lasciare i bagagli in hotel.

My stay at Hostel FAR HOME Plaza Mayor was disappointing. The room was very basic and not clean at all. The shared bathroom was almost always busy, making it inconvenient to use. The area around the hostel didn't feel very secure, with a lot of suspicious people around, and it was quite noisy. Additionally, the staff spoke very little English, which made communication difficult. Overall, the hostel did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, safety, and service.

I stayed in this hostel for 2 nights and it was nice. Room, hall, bathroom, kitchen are all clean. I did not face any issues during my stay. You will find everything you need in the kitchen they even have free coffee. When you go out, there's food options just few steps away, theres groceries, metro station - Tirzo, coffee shop. The receptionist (Josephine) is very kind and helpful she also plays nice music. They let me leave my luggage after check out so I can have more time to explore the city. Over all this place is very nice no issues at all and very safe.

Perfectly air conditioned rooms that are equal parts comfortable, classy and clean. A perfect homebase for our first visit to Madrid for a good price. The owner is a delightful and enthusiastic woman that keeps the place clean and is always on hand in the day if you need anything, like more complimentary shower gel or towels. The rooms let little sound in from the outside and the communal areas are absolutely stunning-take a look at the pictures others have taken! Cannot reccomend enough, 5/5

Nada que ver con las fotos! Las habitaciones son antiguas y tienen descolchones en las paredes. Pedí expresamente una habitación silenciosa porque viajaba por trabajo y aun teniendo otras similares me pusieron en una que daba a una calle muy ruidosa. Entré a la habitación y el calor y la humedad eran insoportables, pedí el mando del aire acondicionado pero "como aún no había empezado el calor" todavía los estaban instalando... pregunté si tendrían otra solución y me dijeron que abriese la ventana por donde entraba aun más calor! En fin, tal cual vi todo eso busqué otro sitio donde pasar la noche y eso es lo que le recomendaría a todo el mundo que hiciese

Hôtel idéalement placé en plein cœur de Madrid. Chambre correcte, propre avec une bonne literie. Les salles d’eau séparées sont un peu petites mais sont propres Le rapport qualité prix est correct (/ période Noël et sa situation) Bref pour un séjour de courte durée, sans voiture, cet hôtel fera l’affaire

Tenia mi reserva para 6 noches, pase la primera sin ningun problema, estuve dos noches fuera y cuando regrese y estaba durmiendo sentimos mucha comezon, prendimos la luz y teniamos ronchas en la espalda, cuando nos dimos cuenta estaba la sangre en las sabanas y al buscar encontramos "CHINCHES" en la cama y el techo, tuve que sali a las 3 am y obviamente no regrese, pedi mi reembolso de dos noches y me ignoraron y me dijeron que no habia chinches aun cuando entramos a la habitacion y estaban en el techo.
