Very nice staff! The official check in time was 12 noon, we arrived there in early morning, they allow us to check in without any fees applied. Clean bathroom and common area but the bedroom seem a bit dirty especially the bedsheet and pillow, there was some dark dots. Overall not bad with the price.

This is where rats come to die!!! This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had a Hotel. It was so bad I had to leave the last day and they wouldn’t refund me my money and I had to pay for another hotel. This isn’t anything modern. This is literally staying in a shoebox. The bathrooms were disgusting. It smelled terrible. The receptionist was horrible. I can’t say more bad things about it don’t do it to yourself. there are way better places to stay in Madrid that are exactly the same price.

Good location, close to several metro stations. You can walk to most of the sightseeing places you’d want to go in Madrid. The pod you get is cool if you’re planning on spending most of your day out and about and just using it as a place to sleep. Not much of a hang out space at all but again, if you’re just using it as a place to sleep then it’s all good

DO NOT STAY HERE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I made a reservation and then 2 hours later needed to cancel. They refused to refund my money even though it was within 2 hours. I did not want to stay there but they forced me. Then, when I got there, I was woken up in the morning at 0730 by POLICE banging on someone’s door, talking about lawyers and arrests. When I asked the front desk what happened, they LIED and said “routine inspection.” I finally got the truth out of them- there was a criminal staying in the hostel who was being arrested for theft. I felt very unsafe in the hostel after this and left with 3 nights remaining of my stay. They REFUSED to refund my money. I am not the only one who had this experience- two other young women left early and they refused to refund the money as well. I stupidly paid €110 per night to stay in a tiny room the size of a king bed, down a set of stairs, with NO WINDOWS or natural light. It was like being trapped in a box. The bathrooms are crowded and shared between males and females. They were clean, but that’s the best thing I can say about this “hotel.” The beautiful lobby that you see online is NOT what it looks like in real life. This is NOT a safe area to be solo at night either. I am absolutely FURIOUS that this hotel SCAMMED me out of €330 for a shoebox room and refused to refund me, stating that “it wasn’t possible.” I tried communicating with them in Spanish as best as I could, and they told me that I was being rude and insulting them. I think it’s rude to advertise a beautiful hotel when it’s in reality a shoebox with no light down a set of stairs with a shared bathroom. I think it’s rude to not allow a person to cancel within 2 hours of making the reservation, and I think it’s rude to not give back €330. Was I a bit rude to the staff? Yes, but €330 is a lot of money and to be told “it’s not possible to refund you” when it is ABSOLUTELY POSSIBLE is more rude than I was. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Todo nuevo, impecable, limpio. Mención aparte para la cordialidad del staff. Trato amistoso, cálido, siempre bien predispuestos. Inmejorable ubicación. Ofrecen en la cocina compartida, café, mermelada, etc. Colchones y sábanas de muy buena calidad.
