Great location and very spacious apartment. Only issue was the listing said there is a sofa bed, there isn't.

The location is perfect, lots to see and eat around it. The bed mattresses were a bit too soft and we didn’t get coffee refills, but everything else was smooth.

Decent last minute option but cleanliness left something to be desired. Also, the room had a foul odor but bedsheets appeared to be clean. Couch had stains on it. Very convenient location for train transport directly from airport and good sized space but not a true one bedroom as we booked.

Very good apartment

There are three 60 Balconies properties all within a short distance of each other in Madrid. This one is 60 Balconies- Art. When researching (and arriving..!) make sure you have the right one. This one is really well located - just across from the main train station, and a short distance to many of the major art galleries and cultural institutions. It is a short walk to both the botanical and El Retiro gardens. We had a two bathroom/two bedroom apartment. (One bathroom is an ensuite off the main bedroom). The apartment had a well appointed kitchen - although no guide to work that we think was an oven (?) and a machine that looked like a coffee maker. The crockery had seen better days, however for the short times we were actually in the apartment and not outdoors enjoying everything Madrid had to offer; it wasn't really an issue. The lounge is spacious - but like most places we stayed on this trip why is there only one two seater couch in an apartment that caters for four...? The location is a standout - just ignore the fast food chains and garishly lit cafes around the outside of the building. Its just a short walk or a quick taxi ride to all you need. Oh and there is a metro stop right outside the door...

適合家庭2大2小，大約為10年的公寓。 民宿內像有藝術感的家。個人喜歡loft的設計，下面是客廳和一間卧室，樓梯上是一個小卧室。 因為到達時間比較早，提前給民宿郵件，希望能提早入住。房間都快速整理好了。 市中心，且距離阿託查火車站步行在5-8分鐘內，出行其他城市很方便，且距離主要景點步行在1-3公里內。（博物館，馬德里皇宮等）適合家庭city walk.

訂的一卧室居然是loft，攜程不管文字還是照片都沒有提過！有長者小孩不太合適。 位置非常方便，門前就有地鐵站，10分鐘到火車站！ 空間大樓底高，相對的空調要開很久才舒服。 餐桌設計有問題，好幾次撞到腿。吊燈又特矮，又撞到幾次頭...... 最後那個電梯有點恐怖，會發出異響....

地理位置很好 車站過馬路就到了 是個民宿 需要按門口電話通知二樓工作人員開門 房間是兩層樓的上面洗澡睡覺 下面也可以睡一個人 也可以做飯 有個小陽台 很棒

交通超方便，出門就有地鐵；便餐也多選擇，早到brunch晚到接近零點到夜宵；住宿環境既現代便捷，有電梯、自助還卡，又經典，古樸的旋轉扶梯、手拉大布窗簾。（密碼記得隨時check郵件，可能也當天會變哈哈）

地段很好，走路去普拉多博物館和麗池公園，留下餐飲很多。但房間幾乎就是民宿的設施，衞生間排水不太好，房間設備乾淨但不新。

サッカー観戦をして夜にチェックインして始発でまたバルセロナに戻らないといけないので、アトーチャ駅のすぐ近くのここに決めました。 駅は近いしとてもお部屋は広く、ベッドルームも二つありました。 近所には遅くまであいているお店があり便利でした。 使い捨てスリッパと歯ブラシがあれば最高でした。

基本無人值守，入住退房都自助，沒問題時還行，有問題就比較麻煩了。除此之外交通便利，環境也很好，清潔衞生到位，帶孩子住很寬敞
