This hotel offers an excellent location with convenient access to both the city center and the airport.

The hotel is located at the quiet area and near to airport and city. Nice staffs and service provided.

Hotel is ok, breakfast is really good.. lower floor are for ibis while higher is for novotel. Problem with higher floor are the lift, there are only 2 and you end up waiting quite a lot of time. Especially when rush hours.

Great hotel in good location, next to M30, with good price quality ratio. Atocha and Chamartin train stations and the airport all around 15 minutes away. Special mention to the staff who were all friendly without exception.

Nice place. Neat and clean rooms. Good spread for breakfast. Not centrally located but easy to get a taxi to go out and around. Staff were friendly.

Stayed for two nights for fightseeing and half marathon on 5/6 April. the hotel is conveniently located and accessible by bus and taxi to most locations in Madrid. Staff is well trained, efficient, smiley and very friendly.

Everthing is good in this hotel the only issue is the high-pricing they take for ice drink which is 9 euro for ice, if you have 2-3 ice drinks its around 18-27 euro which is very high pricing comparing to other htoels (3-5 euro price), also the soy milk they take 2-3 euro which is high pricing (free-1 euro in other hotels), they have to reduce the pricing for small items, if yes this hotel will be with higher grade above 4.5 becuase the room is great and also the gym.

The decor was modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable

Clean and receptionist are very accommodating. I like the waiter downstairs speaks English and serve the customer well. they have restaurant. It’s a shame I didn’t get his name

Good for short stay and close to bus stop and easy assess to Airport

Not the greatest of service by a chain of hotel like Novotel. The location is far from city. Rooms were clean and tidy though.

Far from the center but quiet. Nice neighborhood. Near restaurant and grocery. Busy but good breakfast. Had a long wait for the lift.

Nice and new hotel. Very good breakfast. Well located. Just 7 or 8 euros to city center by taxi.

Location is a bit far but close to bus station,20mins to city center. Very clean room, modern design, breakfast is awesome
