The apartment was favorably located, in close proximity to a public parking garage which we used, metro station and restaurants. We were really satisfied with how clean, spacious, functional and modern the entire apartment was and the amenities were great too! Everything you need! The only downside for us was right at the start with trying to find the building as part of the name was missing and then the lengthy check-in process. The photos of travel docs of each occupant had to be uploaded and if that was not enough, we also had to fill in the details for each one of us. We traveled with our 1 month old baby all the way from Valencia to Madrid and was waiting outside in the cold for the code to enter. Only until we called the contact centre did someone acknowledge that we had completed the check-in process and emailed us the code. Overall, it was a great apartment, however, may need to give some thought to a check-in process that is stress-free.

La única queja que tengo es que al ser época de frío, y yo ser una persona con discapacidad auditiva, a lo mejor no escuchaba si el aire estaba o no encendido porque en la habitación hacía bastante frío, cosa que terminé durmiendo en el salón. O es que la bomba de aire no llega lo suficiente a todos los rincones.

Un lugar tranquilo en el centro de Madrid .

要注意入住時間是下午3點才能入住 因為我們上一個酒店是11定退房，12點半已經到了這個公寓但是進去不了，因為是公寓所以需要注意是沒前台也不能寄存行李的。 發了郵件問公寓的工作人員還是讓我們在兩點多的時候入住了。 當進去房間還是很滿足期待，設施齊全，房間寬敞，還有很大的閣樓，如果是和朋友一起住我覺得是很舒適的地方。

Muy contento con todo: Facilidad de acceso, limpieza, ubicación, zona de interés.. etc! Incluso nos dejaron acceder al apartamento antes de la hora prevista. Sin duda guardo para futuros viajes. 10/10.

套房很大，兩房間，兩衞生間，三人入住綽綽有餘，很舒適。地理環境也好，出行方便。無服務，見不到服務人員，自助入住。
