After my stay at this hotel a year ago, I wrote a review reporting that the breakfast had much to improve due to the few options offered. And there was also the problem of poor service from the breakfast staff. For that, I gave them four stars. In his response a year ago, the front desk manager said they were working to improve the negative points of my review. I returned to the hotel last week and noticed that the administration effectively acted and the breakfast service was now excellent. There is a new buffet with a good variety of options, such as hot bread, Spanish cold cuts, cheese, a variety of fruits, juices and so on, in addition to the hot menu. But the most significant difference is in the service. The current staff is genuinely attentive, always paying attention to our needs and remembering our preferences from previous days. Caren, Choy, and Irene served us very well, and we thank them for their excellent service during our five days stay. As for the other aspects of the hotel, what we reviewed last year, like the comfortable rooms, location, and warm welcome to Bonvoy Elite Members, remains the same.
