超級讚！！！從進門之後的迎賓酒開始～到免費的下午小食再到包含在內的五道式晚餐以及隔天早餐⋯真的都非常非常好！！！

They left me without food because I’ve arrived at 2.10pm when they close the restaurant at 2pm. On top of that, the lady at the reception yelled at me and treated me in an aggressive way.

Very happy with our stay at Adlernest hotel. We travelled as a group of 8. The staff were very accommodating and helped us sort out the very late check in. Rooms were very nice - the family suite in particular was superb. Food was exquisite, really enjoyed it. Great bar and really good spa where you can relax. Small but well equipped gym. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Great Hotel Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenage boys, and a large dog) stayed at the Adlernest in July 2023. The overall conclusion was, wow what an excellent visit! To be more specific: Room: We had a family suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, and a balcony. Also, plenty of storage space. The layout suited us perfectly as the boys had their own space, and our dog could be left in the shared space/balcony during meal times. Dog Friendly: The hotel advertises as being dog-friendly, which indeed it is. Our large 30kg (60lb) dog was welcome in all areas, except the restaurant and spa/pool areas. Food: 5 star from taste to presentation!! I often had the fish which was always cooked to perfection, or a vegetarian option which were likewise delicious. My boys and husband are carnivores, and the meat options, including the option to try local dry-aged beef, were all cooked perfectly and met with great enthusiasm. One son has a dietary constraint, and the resulting menus that were served to him were equally as good (thank you!). Desserts were also amazing! Activities: We used the gym, which had all the equipment we needed. We did not use the saunas, but the boys enjoyed the pool every day. Most of our time, however, was spent with outside activities, for which the hotel is ideally located. The front desk was both patient and very informative with all of our questions on what, where, and when -thank you! We did a few days of hiking, a day of mountain biking (the hotel has an agreement with the local bike rental shops for the bikes to be delivered and picked up at the hotel, which makes it very easy!), a day at the incredible rope-park, that's just up the road (by car or bus), and mountain carting. Gin tasting with Matthias (hotel owner) - this was really interesting, and we were surprised at how much we learned, from the history of gin to the different distilling methods, to how the experts taste. If you like Gin, we highly recommend this tasting and Matthias' own gin called Nest. Staff: Excellent service! Though everyone was wonderfully helpful, we would like to give a special shout out to Simon for his wine recommendations, for sharing his knowledge of the different local wines, and for his very kind offer of a home-made ginger and lemon tea for the one evening when our younger son was feeling unwell (too much dessert!). All around, an excellent stay at a superb hotel. Thoroughly recommended.

Ottimo hotel vicino ad un comprensorio sciistico molto bello. Adatto a bambini e famiglie, possibilità di spazio per slittini a pochi passi dall hotel. Ottima cucina

Ganz hervorragendes Abendmenü, unterdurchschnittliches Frühstück und die Mittagsjause ist sehr mager und jeden Tag unverändert. Das Zimmer war im älteren Bereich. Im ganzen Zimmer war eine freie Steckdose und eine defekte, indirekte RGBW-LED-Beleuchtung. Das Schwimmbad ist recht groß, der Saunabereich dagegen sehr klein und teilweise auch in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dampfsauna war eine hellerleuchtete weiße Plastikkabine und die einzige Sauna mit mäßiger Temperatur war außer Funktion.

Hotel con rapporto qualità prezzo alto: impeccabile la disponibilità del personale della struttura ed i prodotti offerti a colazione, merenda e cena freschi e di prima scelta. Qualche punto critico, però , da risolvere: la climatizzazione delle camere( in parte ristrutturate) non risulta adeguata: le temperature esterne molto rigide impongono un riscaldamento sostenuto, nella nostra camera ( non ristrutturata ma comunque comoda e pulita) si sentiva freddo. I cuscini scomodissimi. La cucina senza glutine poco adeguata a colazione : prodotti per lo più’ imbustati e riscaldati di cattivo gusto, di modeste quantità e varieta’. La lingua italiana non è’fluentemente parlata e compresa dal personale dell’hotel. Nel complesso il soggiorno e’ stato confortevole, sebbene il costo sia superiore alla qualità dei servizi offerti.

Wir sind um 14:00 Uhr im Hotel angekommen. Der Empfang war eher ein Durchgang, jedoch machte das Hotel insgesamt einen gut gemachten Eindruck. Unser Zimmer wurde uns am Ende nur beschrieben, wir wurden leider nicht persönlich dorthin begleitet. Das Frühstück ist für europäische Verhältnisse gut, allerdings sind wir aus türkischen Hotels eine größere Auswahl gewohnt. Das Abendessen hingegen war sehr gut und hat uns positiv überrascht. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Matratze. Diese hatte ihre besten Jahre bereits hinter sich und war nicht mehr besonders komfortabel.
