Disappointing stay in a overrated hotel! For a 3 stars hotel and paying €147 per night, for a total of €294 per only 2 nights (taxes excluded) for a standard single room (although it was for the ferragosto week), it is absolutely not worth it! Pros: quiet location, free parking, view, cleaned. Cons: old dated room, with uncomfortable bed (a camping mattress would have been more comfortable plus unnecessary large bed for a small single room which leaves no space to move around in the room), without no plugs/sockets in the room (the only two are located in the least accessible corners), half-dark claustrophobic bathroom. On top of this, A VERY POOR BREAKFAST: for a 3 stars it is unacceptable serving only a bunch packaged food, without no fresh and season fruits or home-made pastry, etc. nothing was fresh not even the juices (same juice brand you buy at the supermarket and it is neither fresh nor natural as the the breakfast staff said…), I complained to the staff during breakfast and the staff at the reception without any answers, like they do not care… Although I didn’t check the wellness area, I strongly believe it does not justify itself the 3 stars of the hotel and €147 per night. Honestly not even in a 1 star garni b&b you can have such a poor breakfast! I am honestly surprised about the average positive reviews (probably from people who do not travel much and do not know what expectations are from a 3 stars hotel), however, checking more carefully, the majority of the reviews are done by accounts with only one or two reviews which means reviews from very likely fake accounts: these allegedly spam reviews will be directly reported. Watch out! If, exaggerating, was a 1 stars hotel and paying €60 per night, then it would have been more reasonable and appropriate. Otherwise, definitely not recommended!!

We had an amazing stay at this Hotel. The staff is multi lingua and are so friendly and helpful, the breskfast has a wide selection, and the spa area is new and has various pools and saunas and nice rest areas.

Our skiing party of 20 people were looked after very well. There's a dedicated hotel shuttle bus to he main lift and return at the end of the day. Very amicable. Breakfast is a buffet and there's lots of choice, including scrambled eggs & frankfurters! We'd booked on a B&B basis, but twice friends and I eat in the hotel, where they can accommodate small numbers of evening diners with a limited menu. The bar and lounge area has a delightful ambience. The wellness centre is a joy!!!

Direi che siamo stati bene in questa struttura. Hotel molto carino , arredato con gusto e soprattutto ben gestito. Tutto il personale ti fa sentire come a casa , cordiale e disponibile . Le camere e i bagni semplici ma carini . L'area benessere veramente bella , ha tutto ciò che serve . Ma voto 10 soprattutto per l ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente se capiterà di tornare in zona sappiamo già dove alloggiare!

Esperienza bellissima! Personale accogliete e professionale che svolge con passione il proprio lavoro. L'albergo offre un servizio spa rilassante, abbondante colazione e trasporto con pulmino agli impianti sciistici (e molto altro). Hanno un'attenzione al cliente precisa e quanto più immediata. Meta consigliata per chi vuole concedersi una pausa dalla vita fremetica.

Hotel super consigliato , io e mio marito abbiamo avuto un infortunio sulla neve e i proprietari sono stati premurosi ed hanno cercato di aiutarci a risolvere i problemi ai quali siamo andati incontro e a prendersi cura di noi compreso il personale

Hotel super accogliente e pulitissimo, vicinissimo al centro e alla fermata del bus, bellissima la spa presente in struttura. Io e la mia amica ci siamo sentite come a casa, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Lorenzo, il maestro di sci presente in struttura, mi ha seguito per tre giorni facendo un lavoro eccezionale. Questo hotel diventerà la tappa fissa di ogni anno!

L'hotel è situato in una splendida posizione. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e simpatici anche il personale con un approccio professionale al cliente. Colazione abbondante, deposito sci, sala giochi e una bellissima zona con TV, bar e caminetto. Invece per il corpo dopo una giornata di sci - nuovissima zona Spa con la piscina. Lo consiglio vivamente! Un caro saluto ad Adrian (per le chiacchierate serale e sempre qualcosa di buono da bere😉)

Hotel molto accogliente, a due passi dal centro del paese; camere pulite e confortevoli, personale attento e disponibile. Ottimo il buffet a colazione e comodissimo il servizio di navetta che ti porta direttamente all’attacco degli impianti di risalita. Stupenda anche la spa per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
