Booked a non smoking room on a non smoking floor. But our room was full of cigarette’s smell. Especially at night. It was so strong made my chest hurt. My 3 year old was not comfortable with this as well. Did call the reception and they gave us essential oil to throw away the smell ..

I love the foods and the location, unfortunately in front of the door seems needs to be repaired also the switch of lamps. Additionally, the noise of next room sounds clearly to our wall

I have stayed at Aston on several occasions over the past 5 years and it's a great hotel with excellent service. My recent trip was the best as this is the first time , the staff responded directly to my special Assistance to place a chair for handicapped pax in the bathroom even before check in. Well done, keep it up.

I found some hairs (not my hair of course) at first entering and stand on the carpet,,then i take it one by one 😅

So far okay. I been stay at Aston many trips.

The Hotel is fair for its category, standard rooms, and one of the few with a swimming pool on the area. My experience wasn't particularly remarkable, the didn't follow my request of a double or king size bed and offered me 2 single beds, not a nice gesture considering I was travelling with my wife on a honeymoon. The service was ok but nothing special. In need of some renovations and could improve the service.
