Hotel awesome and prime location situated. Staff are very polite and professional. But unfortunately room conditions are not upto the standards. In roof and walls patch are there. They need to do renovate if they need to survive in hotel industry market. Overall pleasant experienced.

This is the worst hotel there was fungus all over in the bed, wardrobe and walls and rooms are very smelly. So much humidity. Bedsheets are dirty, pillow covers are dirty.

Stay was good, but since there was dasshera festival, parking was not arranged. We faced lot if difficulty in finding proper parking.

Annoying sound was there. I was not able to sleep peacefully. 2 times i changes the room. Staff was helpful but sleep got disturbed and unnecessary problems faced.

The room was overpriced for the facility provided. It was not at all maintained and. Fungus all over the bedsheet and wooden furnishing. Could not open the window due to very bad smell. Only plus point is it’s near the bus stand

Room is ok but complimentary breakfast is waste of money because the restaurant itself down to the hotel not connect with the hotel, breakfast is just one plate that too 3 idly for that we have paid 400rs, so, don’t add complimentary breakfast, better can go with the stay in the room in hotel

Worst service as compared to amount they charge…. I booked it is showing free breakfast and while asking to hotel people they have denied for the same.

Good place to say for a couple of days. Right at the centre of market and next to madikeri bus stop. All the shops and eating joints are nearby and at walkable distance. Overall a nice budget hotel for travellers
