Only one medimix soap supplied. Very less staff no one to attend room service. I also never called anyone. I took my bags to room by myself and no one attended me to take the bags to room.

Very worst hotel ever, worst rooms, food and breakfast is also very bad. The provided room is doesnt having a TV and when I asked for a room with a TV the provided room with a small bed took an earlier room which is without TV.
later I found lots of bed bugs in that bed so I requested a room change, After the argument they changed my room with another room. In the morning I noticed that the jet spray is faulty and not working but my family has managed with lots of anger. this is the worst hotel I found till date.

rooms are clean and food is also good but terrible experience of food ordering from hotels own restaurant , it took 90 mins to get food to our room. and after giving multiple reminders.
also breakfast was not ready on given time, AC was not working in hotels restaurant, same options in breakfast menu alternate day, variety should be there.

First night of stay, was not able to sleep, and next day evening surprise popup, bedbug.. it took 1 hr to convince housekeeping staff it's not mosquito, as soon as he saw bug he crushed it and was arguing, when I show recording he agreed. stayed 2 more night without sleep as full payment was paid. horrible experience.

Ac will turn off suddenly, even at mid night also in day time too, when we go outside and come, even on this february hot weather they will off the ac, as it centralized ac they have the control. It is very near to gandhi market. Complimentary breakfast is normal only.
