Very poor service and we booked luxury suite room no any facilities available as shown. Room service very very bad even water are not provided.

Room is excellent but bed bugs are there on the bed. All other services are very nice. You will find nearby many shopping malls.

Room is good but services is too bad, some amenity is missing like kitel, refrigerator, r. O. Water in room service.

Worst staff and mangement. They do not provide plates, glass or cutlery. No hot water for bathing. They do not do regular housekeeping of room even if the room has been dirty or having smell. Bedbucks found on beds.

Poorly maintained, mold, unrepaired water leakage, bedsheets with holes, dirty walls, moldy pillows. If i could give a negative score i would.

Location is good. Property is valued properly. Food is average. Services are not upto the mark. Looks like the staff strength is less. Similarly the cleanliness of the rooms are not as per the 3 star category.

Close to railway station and colva beach. Clean and hygienic rooms and bathroom. We took a standard room and was decent enough. Their in-house restaurant is good too. Good service. Overall great stay. Hassle free check in and check out, thanks to mmt.

The bed was with used bedsheets and used pillowcase. No blankets were provided. Air-condition they control from the reception. This was my bad experience first time in goa. Now these contractors are spoiling the name of this hotel. When the owner was running it was good but now i will not recommend any of my friends to stay here in this hotel unless they improve. Thanks i did not want to take any pictures as the walls paint was pealing off.

Hotel jyoti plaza is located in the centre of the market area where all the shops of daily necessities are at walking distance. Food quality is 6. 5/10. Ambience = 8. 5/10. Rate of food is really affordable. Only lift is available as amenities. Service is above average. Staff is supportive.
