Room is spacious and clean except the shower can do with a bleach to remove the scum in between the tiles, in the corners, etc

Grand Mercure Solo Baru is the best hotel in the Solo Baru area, although not the best in the entire city of Solo Located next to The Park, one of the best malls in Solo. This hotel breakfast really needs to be improved, far below the standards of the Grand Mercure in general The hotel parking lot is quite large, room cleanliness can also be improved

Nice hotel. The breakfast menu are good. And the hotel is in Solo Baru.

The hotel has very bad management! My room door could not open by door card unexpectedly. When I called person to help to open the door, it took 25 mins to wait outside for the repairman! But he had not brought right tools, then waited another person but till not brought right tool and then another one. Total 3 rounds to get right repairman to open the door that tool 45 min outside to wait! I can’t believe it is so-call 5 star hotel. The food does not match 5 star as well. All there only meet 3 star or even worse . Very bad experience
