My family enjoyed their stay. They specifically liked the view from the room. They also enjoyed the pool and all the facilities of the hotel are modern. All the staff are helpful and courteous making our stay more comfortable. It is a bit far from Cotai and Macao area but they always have taxi outside.

Overall experience was very good! The room is clean and comfortable, very big and cosy. Their staff are professional and friendly. If shuttle bus waiting times are shorter will be preferred

The wall socket in the room is not convenient to use. Few tv channel choices.

Service,room very large,,very clean amenities complete,,,but breakfast not enough food just traditional breakfast and simple as traveller

The hotel itself is beautiful. It really does give you a "5-star" hotel vibe. The employees were super accomodating and nice. They also communicate well to foreigners. Would definitely book again if given the chance to come back in Macau.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool and gym was nice. The bed was very comfortable with a great view from the bedroom. Shuttles were available to casinos as they are a few kilometers away.

Nice location, long queue for checking in but service is ok. Room is good hygiene is good. Price affordable. Will visit again.

A good alternative to the more expensive cotai strip hotels. The hotel is a 5min walk from the jockey club light rail station and the room is grand and spacious. The reception staff could be more welcoming though.

It’s a Hotel I recommend if you want to have a more private Trip. It’s near the Cotai Hotels and Casinos but not right on it, so it’s more quiet and boutique. I love the beautiful amenities and the classy touch all over the Hotel. I definitely will be back, service was everything, everyone really attentive and ready to make your stay pleasant

In the middle of Taipa, it is near to all the nice spots. It's very clean and cozy. Fantastic view.

The staff are kind and helpful. With the fluffy and large bed. We have a relaxing day. The infinity pool is quite beautiful too.
