No coffee provided during the stay. No bathtub inside the room .Didn't mention when upgraded to Seaview room. Security officer was nice for helping the luggage from taxi .

Not a new hotel but convenient in the residential areas. Away from the expensive Cotai Hotel regions. Enjoy the stay.

It was great stay and convenient location to access around the city. Will be back again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a nice hotel that suited our travel plans very well.

Comfortable bed and nice view, and also very near market. Near only one casino don’t lost money 😊

Breakfast buffet is good, but other than that like services, especially housekeeping we called so many times and repeatedly ask for the request and the room smell like cigarettes. And the floor/ carpet have a lot of stains, and the bed is not very comfortable.

Very nice stay for a short stay in Macau. Only issue is a musty smell in the room. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly!! I would return.

Good atmosphere. Good cleaning. Just the space a little bit hard to find.

I booked 2 rooms. 1013 and 1015. Both had bed bugs.

Despite a few dirt behind the drawers , under the bed and outdated walls and ceilings, the small pillows. I actually really like this hotel. It gives me this nostalgia and retro feel but at the same time feel extravagant. Bed was comfortable not too soft. I Pleasant service from reception and pool/spa staff. I really like the jacuzzi. Spacious and I feel like this is underrated. This hotel deserves more attention. Will definitely book again when I come back. Thanks for arranging my requests on high floor 😃

We had very spacious and very clean room. Nice buffet food Chinese and American cuisine. Big nice and very clean lobby and the whole hotel is very nice. There is also a nice big swimming pool. It is close at 8 PM. Our ecperience there was the staff allowed us to swim eventhough there was 25 minutes left before 8 PM..At least we got 20 minutes swimming.. Feeling good about that.. The hotel is also 2 minutes walking distance to the bus stop where we can take 28A going to Macao city or going to Macao Harbor Ferry Terminal where we can ride a Turbo jet going to Sheung Wan Hongkong..

No security deposit is required that make check in and check out fast and easy. The hotel view is great!
