During our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Macau, where we booked two rooms for three adults and one child, we had a delightful time. The hotel’s prime location made it easy for us to explore the vibrant surroundings and nearby attractions. Our accommodations were spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for our family. The staff stood out with their warm hospitality, always ready to assist us with a smile. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast spread, which catered to various tastes and was enjoyable for both adults and children. My child loved the pool area, which offered a safe and entertaining environment to unwind. Overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn Macau exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in this lively city.

This is very basic hotel not like holiday inn standard and not book again and not suggest to other my friends.

Nicely located in the center of Macau, very nice staff and extremely friendly service. But the property, facilities in the guest rooms are too old. Guest rooms should be urgently renovated and modernized. Room was smelling so bad I could hardly sleep. I guess plumbing was leaking the smell to the room. No heating in the AC system so I had a pretty cold night (in February). This property deserves more from the owners.  

The hotel is actually old already but its so convenient. The train station is in front of us. Just they dont have slippers, toothbrush, shampoo, but over all its all clean. And the hotel staff are very friendly.

Generally is good, room size decent. Cleanliness can be improved. Not yet onto environment sustainability - still seeing fair bit of plastic in use for bottle drinking water and toothbrush.

Very gd service and great locations with all the basic amenities are around the corner. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends who are visiting Macau soon.

Got a double single bed room. Was very big. Every was good. Best part was I get to choose the firmness of my pillows within the room. The only disappointment was the so called international breakfast seems to have mainly Chinese food. Also, to maintain the Holiday Inn standard, probably should get rid of the stains around the bath tub/bath area.

their staffs are accomodating. there are a lot of filipino staffs who could understand english well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Room was big and king size bed. Spacious and comfy. Bathtub for bubble bath. Air conditioning well temperature controlled leading to a nice atmosphere for dining in room. Bed comfy nice sleep well rested . Highly recommended ! Just renovations till 6pm but bearable since not all times in room hearing the noise .

The hotel is ok for not long stay. Pros: 1. Quite good location: walkable distance to the main attractions, the buses stop in front of the hotel, supermarkets, ATM and McDonald’s are nearby. 2. The staff is nice and helpful. They speak English which is very important! 3. The bed and pillow is comfortable. 4. The window cannot be opened but the aircon is ok, however it is noisy. 5. I had good view from my window: the street and building in front of the hotel. (Photo) 6. WiFi in the room was good. Cons: 1. The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be renewed. Actually, they currently do renovation and warn about the noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was not a problem for me, but it would be better to know about it before non-refundable reservation. 2. I booked single room with double bed but the room was bad: dirty (or burnt) carpet, dirty drops on the bathroom door, stains on the table. (Photo 1). I asked to change the room. They didn’t have another double bed room, so they offered twin bed room. It was better, so I stayed. But still, the facilities were not really good, for instance, there was mold at the bathroom curtain and near the sink, the sink was burst and the water went out slowly. (Photo) 3. No breakfast. I hope that after renovation the hotel will be much better and more pleasant to stay.

So good ! I’ll be the again ! The staff are really the good ones !
