It's my hubby's birth month and they have decorated the room prior to our arrival. Also gave us a free red wine for celebration. The most amazing part of the room is the free foot massaging machine. Coming from Beijing with my feet still aching from the Great wall hike this machine surely helps ease my foot pain. The hotel is walking distance to Grand Lisboa, Wynn and very accessible to San malo and other tourist spots. Lastly I need to mention they have really really great choices for breakfast and the restaurant is so clean and well decorated. Making our breakfast experience really good and food are very delicious. 🫰😊

I was able to get a free upgrade for the room, due to yesterday not fully book, the service crew was giving me an early check in with a nice room, perfect. The location is close to the attraction that I wish to go, this is siperb nice. The breakfast was just good, it feed my need and expectations, although it not have many choices. The price of what you pay is worth it.

Best hotel in Macau! The front desk is super friendly and helpful

The hotel is directly opposite the Grand Lisboa, which is convenient for a sightseeing route. a good breakfast, although not at all varied. Unlike in mainland China, the staff speaks excellent English. friendly staff at the reception, who also made an upgrade.

Near many casinos, good food nearby, convenient to take public transport

Very nice and spacious room,clean,near by Lisboa casino,a lot of restaurants and shops around.

Everything was great, except the smoking smell at the corridor of the floor, although it says smoking prohibited but people don’t care, bcoz it’s China so they don’t even care about it. When we arrived for check in the hotel staff told us that they don’t have our booking, I was like ******** , then he told us to contact trip.com CS which is annoying????????? What kind of service is this????? So I will give them a one star!

The family friendly triple room was nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was okay; the usual spread of local cuisine. Staff were quite friendly. Unfortunately, the corridors reek of smoke, despite it being supposedly non smoking, and the rooms along that corridor are supposed to be family friendly which. This hotel also does not have shuttle service as it is a smaller hotel, so have to go to another hotel for the shuttle.

Great location and clean rooms!

AS a four-star hotel, we didn‘t expect much but one thing that impressed us, the coffee shop located on the ground floor the service was excellent. The waitress is so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.
