Conrad Macao

It is our first visit to Macau, and it took some time for us to decide which hotel to book. After all, I can say that The Conrad is probably the best option to stay in Macau Cotai area. Very centric to all the activities and attractions. Luxurious rooms, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast at the Churchill's table restaurant. Go for the large room to stay with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. All our experience and the hotel's service was top notch. It is worth to stay for 2 nights at least to enjoy both the hotel's facilities and see all the surroundings, you will take dozens of photos, all very picturesque.

Our stay at the Conrad Macao was a memorable one. The suite was exceptionally spacious, featuring an inviting lounging area and a long corridor that gave the room a sense of privacy and comfort. From the windows, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Big Ben replica at The Londoner — our kids loved watching it for hours from the comfort of the suite. The English and London-inspired décor added a refined charm that matched the view perfectly. Although the furniture, carpet, and curtains felt a little dated and the ceiling was lower than I had hoped, the overall cleanliness was excellent and the space felt very well maintained. Combined with the hotel’s unbeatable location right at the heart of the Cotai Strip, surrounded by world-class shopping and dining, this suite offered a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay for the whole family.

It was an amazing short trip back to Macau. We were not expecting this kind of services which were nearly impeccable. Everyone in the hotel from room service to the staff from pool and front desk are all friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The room itself is very comfortable and specious. I fell in love with the Byredo shampoo and lotions provided in the bathroom. The only thing that needs improvement maybe some upgrade or refurbishment on the sofa. I would definitely recommend other families to join us next time.

Friendly and helpful check in counter officer provided a free upgrade as we extended Macau stay for family trip. Awesome housekeeping team provide fantastic service by providing lots of water and additional effort on assisting to well keep all the cables for our IT gadgets. All the hoteliers are friendly, helpful and great smile when render their assistant to us. Kudos to Conrad team.

Even during the day, the hotel price didn’t increase. Moreover, the hotel provided the quality service despite the constraint of staff. Really appreciated!

Nicely located in Cotai. Only upscale restos like Gordon Ramsey, Churchill, North Palace. Unfortunate for the typhoon. Ok size rooms and comfortable.
