We always enjoy our stay here. The only problem is not so near with bus stops, need to walk a lil far. But the pool area is okay, especially the jacuzzi, steam room, & sauna. Staffs are friendly. We'll be back again😊

for such a non expensive price to get a 5 star rated hotel, absolutely amazing. the service in the hotel lobby was great, have free tea for you to drink, staff opening doors for you, with a polite manner. the room was pretty big, very comfortable. one of the best experience is the very big pool with a massage pool next to it, u can enjoy yourself in the massage pool even if you don’t know how to swim. an absolutely amazing experience in this hotel!

We just love this hotel so much. From the large room / suite to the staff, facilities, food and of course service and hospitality. If there's 1 word to describe our stay, it's genuine. I have had the pleasure of staying at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. Everything about this hotel is outstanding! The location is perfect, providing easy access to the vibrant attractions of Macau while still offering a peaceful retreat. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The dining options are fantastic, with a variety of restaurants that cater to all tastes. Each meal I enjoyed was a delightful culinary experience. However, what truly sets Artyzen Grand Lapa apart is its incredible staff. Mr. Edgar at the gym is always welcoming and helpful, while Ms. Violeta from room service ensures every request is met with a smile. The hotel reception team, including Patrick, Shaun, Jack, and Kei, consistently provide outstanding service. I also want to commend William and Tata from the security team for their professionalism and friendliness. The resort staff, Ryan and Prince, are always eager to assist, and Lily and Ruth from resort reception create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spa therapist Ayarin was also exceptional and very friendly. Their hospitality makes you feel right at home, and it's this exceptional service that keeps me returning. I highly recommend Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau to anyone looking for a remarkable stay in Macau. I can't wait for my next visit!

The weather is too hot about 5pm. It’s perfect time to enjoying pool. This hotel has nice pool also provide food order service with QR code at the sun bed.

Great value for the money Has pool and gym Staff was really nice, we got free fruit and even a bottle of wine for my girlfriends birthday (they didn’t have to do that because her bd was one day before our stay) Nothing bad to say, everything was great

First time in Macau and it was a lovely stay! We will come back if we come to Macau again! Room: Good size with all necessities-kettle, cups, glasses, slippers and bathrobes. It was so lovely to have a bathtub as we were able to relax and rest well after walking a lot in Macao. And loved quiet environment, this hotel doesn’t have a Casino so it’s relatively quiet which was lovely that hotel wasn’t crowded! Breakfast: Great variety of both Western/Asian food, love having windows seats with good sense of decoration, felt like we were in Europe. Tasty food with helpful and friendly stuffs! Stuffs: They’re all so nice and kind. I got sick while I was having dinner at a restaurant but they all concerned about my health. Even next day few stuffs at the breakfast showed concern and told me some kind words which made us feel comforted and were impressed this hotel is organised well to show hospitality! ( Special thanks to Violetie, Brian ‘s kindness and lovely service of Daisy at the breakfast! ) Swimming Pool: Fantastic swimming pool with clean water and lovely facility with sauna and showers. We fully enjoyed our stay and we’d like to come back if there is a chance, thank you for providing the wonderful stay!
