Fint ophold. Let støv på toilet.

Good service! I felt warmly welcomed and my requests were promptly responded to. One thing about this hotel that needs improvement is the flushing of the toilet bowl. We had the problem in our room at 4ish in the morning. We didn’t bother to change room as we were leaving the next day. Apart from this, we enjoyed the stay. Especially like the sea view our room offered, and the wide range of food available for the buffet breakfast.

Had a lovely long weekend (3 nights) and would happily return. The room was super clean and replenished several times per day (coffee / towels etc.) All of the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, and even knew my name. The hotel is only 20 mins walk away from the ruins of St. Paul and the Lisboa Hotel so it was easy to get around.
I also had their delicious dinner buffet one evening and was very impressed with the quality and the range of choices. I also used the spa for a facial and massage and was pampered!
Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

My overall stay at this hotel was awesome. From the reception at the hotel to the cleaning lady who cleaned 9th floor the whole time i was there. Everything was awesome, had a really huge room, got a quite room, no smoking and away from the lift just as I wanted. Will surely recommend this hotel to others. They provide buses to and from the border gate which made it easier for a first timer. The dinner buffet….. a mist try if you staying at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I want to give a special shoutout to Karen from the housekeeping department, she went above and beyond to make sure our room was spotless and that we had everything we needed. Her kind and helpful attitude truly made a difference in our stay. Thanks, Karen, for your excellent service! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending.

Lovely location with free shuttle bus to pier/ port. Room is decent and clean, beds are very comfortable. One downside point is the shower took too long to have hot water.

Good location! The room is clean and comfortable. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The pool and fitness centre are nice. There is sauna rooms too. However the road in front of the hotel entrance is under maintenance, its okay to cross the road.

Convenience location to main tourist spot, clean room, luch buffet is delicious at economy price. Free shuttle bus to cross the broder back to Hong Kong. The Bar restaurtant near lobby for tea at very acceptable price and snack & coffee is tasty. Especially the pork chop bun is huge.

The location is just alright because it’s walking distance to the place of attractions.
The hotel provides free shuttle buses too.
We didn’t really enjoy the amenities as we checked in late to the hotel. But overall is still ok
