The rooms at The Venetian Macao are extremely spacious, and there’s a wide variety of shopping options available. We used the hotel shuttle bus to travel to other hotels around Macao, which was very convenient. During our stay, we enjoyed gaming, shopping, and dining, and also visited several attractions such as the Ruins of St. Paul’s, Senado Square, and Taipa.

Value for money hotel in casino area, large room, convenient location. Direct link to mall and other hotels.

First of all we are thankful for the front desk staff arrange early check-in and late check-out services to us. As they also provide the non-smoking floor and room nearby to the elevator as per request. Ours children are happy  during the staying here. We hope will enjoy more good offer for next visits. Upgraded to family suite and it was very spacious. Free access to drink bar is a good plus point. Cleaniless and excellent service as expected

Great stay at the Venetian. We stayed at the south suites where the elevator was very near the foodcourt when we had some meals at. However, our rooms were quite a distance from the elevator. The rooms are huge as is the toilet. If the toilet had a bidet spray it would be better. My parents love that there was two TVs in the room. Two sinks in the toilets were very convenient too. We took a taxi to the airport which was less than MOP80 and very near. (Would have taken the free bus but our flight timing did not match). Would stay again if we go Macau

Nice stay but even after confirming the booking so much in advance 1 simple request for vegetarian cake could not be fulfilled. But overall lovely stay

Worthy experience. We took the package which was very convenient (included return ferry, city bus rides & access to food etc)

We had a great time at the Venetian. The family room was perfect for our two little boys whilst we celebrated our youngest birthday. They loved the bunk beds and area for them to have fun in with a tent, colouring books and a water toy for the bath as an extra touch was a great addition. The pool was a fantastic break from the fast paced Macau streets. The links between the other hotels were fun to explore too and all indoors so another great escape from the afternoon heat

Our stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the suite we got was nothing short of stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the coolest features was the use of robots to deliver amenities straight to our room. It gave the whole experience a high-tech, futuristic touch that really stood out. There’s also so much to do within the hotel itself. From world-class restaurants and shopping to entertainment and the iconic indoor canals, you could easily spend days exploring without even stepping outside. It truly feels like a destination on its own. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Macau!

Perfect hotel with great location, cleanliness, amenities, with a reasonable price

We stayed at The Venetian Macao for two nights as a family, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment we stepped inside, we were amazed by the stunning Venetian-inspired design, complete with canals and gondolas. It felt like we were in a completely different world, making it a memorable trip for the whole family. Our room was spacious and perfect for our needs. The beds were super comfortable, and the room had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The amenities were top-notch, and the bathroom was also large and well-equipped. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the rooms both luxurious and family-friendly. One of the best parts was the variety of dining options available. We had delicious meals at several on-site restaurants, catering to different tastes and preferences, which is great when traveling with kids. There are also plenty of family-friendly activities and attractions within the hotel, so we never ran out of things to do. The kids particularly enjoyed the indoor canals, and the entire family enjoyed exploring the shops and entertainment options. The location is also ideal. We were able to easily access nearby attractions, and the resort provided enough entertainment and relaxation options that we didn’t feel the need to go too far. Overall, our stay at The Venetian Macao was fantastic. It was a perfect family getaway with luxury, comfort, and a variety of activities for all ages. We highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family – it was a trip we’ll never forget!

Excellent service, spacious room, friendly staff, room service food is expensive , kid friendly, Venetian experience is must. I recommend and would back again. Team lab must see if ur traveling with kids, very good hotel. All commitments are fulfilled as promised , birthday cake given for us was amazing.
