Good clean hotel and near St Paul ruins However even thou a non smoking room. The room reeks of cigarette smell even with ventilation on. But overall quite a good experience and will revisit. Quality of toiletries provides were good. Razor cable upon request. Hotel entrance is in the smaller alley, not seen from main road so need to keep a lookout. Reception is at level 1 so need to take life From Ground level.

Pros: Good location at the heart of San Malo where Ruins of St. Paul is just a 5min walk. Big and clean room. A 24hour supermarket just below the hotel. Bus stops and restaurants nearby. Cons: Smell of cigarette in our room, in the lobby and in the hallway during our stay is too strong.

Mostly good for the location but anything else is nothing special. Particularly lacking was cleanliness (picture attached). I guess a good deal for Macao but still, not hygienic.

Check-in is at 3pm and the reception hall got crowded of guests waiting for check-in. I was given a room where there's condensation on floor that I nearly slipped. Location is very accessible.

The bed and pillows are not comfortable, stiff neck afterwards. I was going to book the North Building but mistakenly booked the South one, the North Building is newer and my last visit was good.

The location is great when the chat on the road, but the silent capsulate is well. There located near by the Senado square. Clean room and the bathroom is great.

The room should be cleaned and checked before guests check in. There is a lot of dust. Just walking in makes you feel itchy all night. Cleaning needs to be improved. Everything else is good. Thank you.

Hidden in an alley so a little tricky to find. The Family Room was ok, quite big for being Macau but still too small to spend a longer time since there are no space to have the suite cases "open" (we were 4 people). Location is great with walking distance to Ruins of St Pauls, grocery store and restaurants nearby. For us it was a pleasant stay since we were out during the days and only spent time sleeping at the hotel. Walking distance to bus stops towards airport and HK/Macau bridge.
