Deluxe Hostel is a decent budget hotel for travelers who want to be near the historic center without the high price tag. It’s within walking distance to Senado Square and lots of local food spots. However, take note that it is not a luxury stay. If you expect a modern lobby, gym, or full room service, this isn't the place for you. It’s also not recommended for families with small children or seniors due to the stairs and lack of specialized facilities. But if you're a group of active travelers looking for an affordable base to explore Macau, this works perfectly. 😊⭐️

The room is family friendly and wide to accommodate all 6 pax and the staffs are nice. We had a great sleep. We didn't notice it was already 9AM when we woke up. It has bakery downstairs and we enjoyed it, we also like the cat

Super Napaka accommodating nung mga staff nila also malapit sa bus stop. Expect the room base on the price pero overall, okay naman sya.

The hotel it was reasonable thinking you're in Macao. The room was very close to the reception desk so I was hearing people talking but at night fortunately was quite. The bus stop was very close so very convenient for that. Macao it's small so you can walk 15 min to the main center area or take a bus. Overall was ok

Front desk staff was very helpful despite the language barrier. She tried her best to explain everything including the amenities in the room. Other than the bed that was quite hard and having to climb the hotel stairs with our luggages, everything else was reasonable and good. If there is a lift, it would have been perfect.

Room is clean but a bit smell of cigarettes. The receptionist is accommodating even though could not speak in English. Walking distance to the Ruins.

We stayed here for one night and it was quite an experience. The hostel has its charm, and we appreciated that the bathroom was kept clean with good water pressure — that's always a plus when traveling! However, as someone who values comfort, a few things made our stay a little challenging. The room was quite cozy — perhaps a bit more compact than we had hoped for. The bathroom door has a small gap that allows water to splash into the room, so you might want to be mindful of that. Slippers are thoughtfully provided in the room, which is great since the flooring isn't quite barefoot-friendly — a small but appreciated touch! There was also a mosquito that kept us company through the night, which wasn't the most restful experience. One thing worth noting for future guests — towels and water are available at an additional charge, so it's good to come prepared or set aside a little extra budget for those essentials. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for budget accommodation in Macau, and the cleanliness of the bathroom is commendable. That said, for those who prioritize space and comfort, it may be worth exploring other options. We're grateful for the experience regardless, as every trip teaches us something new! 😊

good location and nice hotel. Most appropriate for business travellers

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy my room was! It was small but that is to be expected at a budget hotel like this one. The location was excellent and was within walking distance of the Macau/Zhuhai border as well as plenty of bus stops, making it a breeze to travel to other areas of Macau. The lady who checked me in at the front desk was a pleasure to talk to and I had ample opportunity to use my Mandarin skills! I plan to return to Macau for future travels and will definitely stay here again!

Despite the good reviews, I would have appreciated it if someone had mentioned that there’s definitely some questionable activity going on in this hotel. The pay-per-hour system, along with women coming in and out of rooms alone, creates an atmosphere where you can only guess at the nature of the business taking place. That said, this is still a good deal and a decent hotel in Macau. Four of us booked a room with two double beds, and it was spacious and clean. The location was great for us, it wasn’t in the super touristy areas and was away from the casinos. The service was interesting. The receptionist was mostly friendly, polite, and helpful. She became particularly warm when she discovered that my friend and I could speak a bit of Mandarin. However, she asked for a 200 RMB deposit and gave very clear instructions about keeping the room clean. Upon checkout, she complained that the room wasn’t left in a suitable condition. Interestingly, she then suggested that I leave a five-star review in exchange for not deducting the deposit.
