The check in process was pretty smooth. While we rested at the Lounge, Xiao Yu(小鱼) approached us and offered assistance with umbrella, room arrangement and useful information. She was very friendly and proactive with warm smile which made us felt very welcoming. The room was comfortable and modern with high technology features. Upon entering the room after check in, a silver toothpaste cover and a hair from the previous guest were found by the corner of the bathroom door. Moreover, they were still on the floor at the exact location when we returned in the evening and turn down service was already executed. Room inspection was obviously not in attention to cleaning issues. Also felt not too convenient when going out every time that we had to take the shuttle bus. Overall was ok although there were still areas for improvements. 小鱼at the Lounge was definitely the best experience that we had during the entire stay.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The lounge arrangements can be improved. Food, drinks and seats not enough. Location is good, nice service and overall great experience.

Nice room and great service from friendly staff.the room is modern style and mainly electronically controlled.there are a lot of free gifts given as cookies,cup noodles,heated eye masks,pillow spray.

Hotel rooms are very spacious and clean and staff are very friendly especially the housekeeping staff Mila who went the extra mile to provide us with more amenities to ensure our stay was comfortable. Will choose this hotel again should I return to Macau.

The room is super clean, bar is serving good cocktails! Shout out to the housekeeping staff,, they’re so lovely that providing eye masks and pillow spray even helped to arrange my stuff ❤️ only thing is I didn’t bring sport shoes so can’t try the gym equipments. Will definitely come back ❤️❤️❤️

I've always loved Andaz hotels, and my memories of Andaz Macau are especially memorable. The facilities are great, and the service is excellent, of course, and the turndown service was wonderful. Nevaeh and Justin were my hosts, and they were so kind. I was really touched by how they tried to accommodate all our requests. It's a pity that I could only stay for one night because I booked in a hurry and there were no rooms available. On my next trip to Macau, we will definitely stay at Andaz again.

We loved newly opened Andaz hotels and their high tech room design. The facilities are great and room included entry to the water park in Galaxy. There are lots amenities and includes box of cookies and all the drinks in the fridge. Geraline were our hosts, and they were so kind. On our next trip to Macau, we will definitely stay at Andaz again.

The hotel design is very hip that it's easy to have great photo shots. The room included entry to the waterpark in the Galaxy complex, which we had lots of fun there. The room is great and comfy. There are lots of amenities that they gave us including a box of cookies and all beverages in fridge. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. It located just a few steps from the Galaxy Arena. We'd definitely come back next time.

We enjoyed our stay, especially our kids who really loved the kid tent the hotel prepared in our room. We also got freebies like plushies and biscuits. The Grand Resort Deck was one of the best experiences we have during our visit Macau. Staff was really friendly and approachable

We had 5 rooms and arrived late in the evening.we took the free bus to galaxy and required to transfer to a smaller bus to Andaz. As the bus was full and we had to wait for the next bus, we chose to walk to Andaz which is like 15 mins or so. We were a distance from the entrance of the hotel when the bell boy approached to help us, we felt so welcomed. Check in took awhile as there were 10 of us. Room was clean and new, minibar well supplied and complimentary. It came with cute slippers and the bath amenities smelled so good. Absolutely love the turn down service, so nice to see notes from the housekeepers with pillow spray. They also left a wet wipe and cloth under my spectacles.

Family of 5 stayed stayed in 2 rooms. The rooms are very new and in good condition. The lobby has many seating area. Breakfast has many selections, may have to queue a little. Can enjoy the wave pool as well. All staff along the way have been very nice, including check-in, concierge, bar, and housekeeping. Good experience. Thanks!

This is the best hotel that I ever stayed! Nice room & great service from friendly staff! The room is modern style which is mainly electronically controlled. There are even free gifts given such as cookies, cup noodles, heated eye masks! The in-room dining is good as well! However, hope that there will be food court available in this hotel. In a nutshell, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to my friends & family!

Good environment and nice service, the only thing is that there's no food court in this hotel. So that we have to walk to the galaxy. Overall Andaz is really comfortable. I like it really much.
