Super wonderful experience. Great services and courtesy acts. I like the way your staff showed friendly and warm welcoming with some casual chit chat. The room was so comfortable and the bathroom is very decent. The gym room facilities are sufficient and pro- gear! Happy with serving those detox water. I will stay in your hotel next time Thank you for the great night.

Can't complain. A prestigious experience at an unbeatable price. The room and lobby is brand new. All necessary amenities are provided free. The package includes a souvenir of macau traditional sweet. Appreciate a free cake on our special occasion. Only the location is a bit far away from the downtown, at the edge of the whole district. But they do have a shuttle bus connecting to the casino and the hotel of the same group. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Andaz Macau for 3 nights from 16-19 Dec’24 and this is my second time staying in the same property within a year. Andaz Macau has never fails to amaze me and it gives me the assurance that the staff will always look after me. My room is spotless and comfortable! Wayne from Front Desk did the check-out for me in May 2024 and this time I bumped into him doing the check-in for me. As pleasant as always, my check-in process was smooth. And he also assigned a nice room for me. Thanks Wayne. I do notice that the Concierge counter that’s nearest to the lift landing area at Level 6 always gives people the wrong impression that that’s the check-in counter. That poor girl had to keep on directing the guests to reception counter when they approached her which I find it unnecessary. Not sure of something could be done to make her life easier lol!! Bellman are very helpful and one of them helped me getting a Radio Taxi to Flower City. That was around 11pm plus on 17 Dec…sorry that I forgot to ask for his name. I think he’s a Filipino and he gave me a “taxi card”. So thank you for your help. During my stay, Ivy, Yumi and Tania have been providing turn down service for me. Everytime I’ll receive a handwritten note with little gifts to pamper myself. And I also got a little soft toy from Tania! How sweet! Not to forget the Room Attendants - Apple and Icy whom tirelessly cleaned my room. Though I don’t get to see them, but I still make an effort to find out who cleaned my room so that I can thank them here and knowing that their efforts are being appreciated. I always believe working in Housekeeping is tough. But because of your hard work, I get to stay in a very comfortable room. I hope I didn’t miss out any names here. So thank you all. Last but not least… I WILL BE BACK!!!

The Andaz hotel is a beautiful addition to the Galaxy resort in Macau. The decor is gorgeous, the staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet is delicious and once they connect it to the resort through the rest of phase four, it will be very convenient as well. There is an LRT station right outside the hotel and convention center, which is very convenient for getting around to the rest of Cotai. They also still offer free shuttles to most travel ports in Macau. We highly recommend this hotel as a stay in Macau.

I had a wonderful time staying at Andaz Macau. While room upgrade was subject to availability, all the staff tried their best to fulfill our requests and made the most of our stay. The room was spacious and equipped with modern facilities. By far this was the most generous hotel that we have ever stayed, so many welcome gifts, free lounge with tasty cookies, little gifts from their turndown services and not to mention the delicious complimentary cake provided for our special occasion. Breakfast selections at Andaz Kitchen were also very complete and delicious that we got to try some famous Portuguese and Macanese specialties. The staff were all friendly and helpful but I’d like to specifically mention the warm and pleasant personality lady in medium length hair wearing a black beret at the breakfast venue who met all our needs even provided our daughter with a gift while she was crying. I’d definitely go back should I have another chance to travel to Macau.

9.5/10 + 1. The hotel is new, clean, modern decorations. Great amenities. 2. Very attentive service. 3. Amazing breakfast. As a coffee lover, I appreciated that they had a barista, who made excellent coffee. Great selection of food. 4. Shuttle service. 5. The hotel was not crowded. - 1. The staff can’t speak English very well. Starting from the reception to the lobby bar. So it may be a bit challenging for English speaking only guests. 2. The “lounge” is super small and overcrowded on evening with very few snacks, so not worth it for sure. 3. You need to be aware of the location (I was, so I knew what to expect). But there are almost no convenience stores nearby, or restaurants/coffee shops that are not in the hotel. Overall the place is really nice, highly recommended it.

The check in process was pretty smooth. While we rested at the Lounge, Xiao Yu(小鱼) approached us and offered assistance with umbrella, room arrangement and useful information. She was very friendly and proactive with warm smile which made us felt very welcoming. The room was comfortable and modern with high technology features. Upon entering the room after check in, a silver toothpaste cover and a hair from the previous guest were found by the corner of the bathroom door. Moreover, they were still on the floor at the exact location when we returned in the evening and turn down service was already executed. Room inspection was obviously not in attention to cleaning issues. Also felt not too convenient when going out every time that we had to take the shuttle bus. Overall was ok although there were still areas for improvements. 小鱼at the Lounge was definitely the best experience that we had during the entire stay.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The lounge arrangements can be improved. Food, drinks and seats not enough. Location is good, nice service and overall great experience.

Nice room and great service from friendly staff.the room is modern style and mainly electronically controlled.there are a lot of free gifts given as cookies,cup noodles,heated eye masks,pillow spray.

Hotel rooms are very spacious and clean and staff are very friendly especially the housekeeping staff Mila who went the extra mile to provide us with more amenities to ensure our stay was comfortable. Will choose this hotel again should I return to Macau.

The room is super clean, bar is serving good cocktails! Shout out to the housekeeping staff,, they’re so lovely that providing eye masks and pillow spray even helped to arrange my stuff ❤️ only thing is I didn’t bring sport shoes so can’t try the gym equipments. Will definitely come back ❤️❤️❤️

I've always loved Andaz hotels, and my memories of Andaz Macau are especially memorable. The facilities are great, and the service is excellent, of course, and the turndown service was wonderful. Nevaeh and Justin were my hosts, and they were so kind. I was really touched by how they tried to accommodate all our requests. It's a pity that I could only stay for one night because I booked in a hurry and there were no rooms available. On my next trip to Macau, we will definitely stay at Andaz again.
