We chose this hotel based on the glowing reviews and the promised extras like afternoon tea and free noodles from 10 PM to 12 AM. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arriving after 2 PM, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait 20 minutes. While the room itself had nice décor and a comfortable bed, the service issues quickly piled up. The advertised afternoon tea never materialized, and when we went for the free noodles, we were again asked to wait another 20 minutes. The biggest letdown was breakfast. The selection was limited, but worse, everything was cold, overly oily, and completely bland. The kitchen staff were unfriendly—when we asked for fresh milk (since the coffee machine was often empty), we were ignored. A staff member eventually refilled it but didn’t acknowledge us, not even in Chinese. The final straw was the airport shuttle. The driver was unhelpful and didn’t assist with our luggage, despite seeing us struggle. Given the poor service, lack of promised amenities, and subpar food, we won’t be returning.

This hotel was very convenient for our 14 hour layover in Macao. It is right across the road from the airport. The rooms are modern, fresh and well decorated, with everything we needed. The breakfast was very Asian with very few Western options, but it was well presented and fresh. The public transport system (MTR) was right outside the front door. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!

Very high CP value! Definitely put in my list for next time travelling to Macau. Free luggage storage before check in and after check out! Providing more flexibility for our schedules! Location near train station and right next to the airport. Convenient for many destinations. The room is clean. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was cleaned and refilled everyday. No noise at all. Very quiet even next to airport! Sound & calm.

The hotel is just right across the road upon exit from the airport so it's in an excellent location if you just want to spent the night before your next flight. You can see flight landing from your room and being a quiet airport it's not noisy at night. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is a little aged but okay since you are just spending a night. Didn't explore the area due to limited time but there's a pier near by so you can take a ferry over to Hong Kong.

The hotel is in a building opposite the airport. + Great locatio: it took about 15 minutes to walk from the ferry terminal, about 20 minutes to walk to the casino, the entrance to the railway/subway station is a couple of minutes' walk away + The room has a good bed, a kettle, 4 bottles of water BUT! - You can't smoke in the room, but despite this it is very smoky. It is impossible to be inside the room with the ventilation turned off. You can't open the window. It was just hard for me to breathe in it.

A hotel above the gates of the airport. We didn’t hear planes coming or going, but saw them. We had a view at the airport. Beds very comfortable. No toothbrushes.

Opposite the airport, cozy and clean room, great option to catch early morning flight

- the location beside the airport terminal and the MLRT(Airport Station) was very convenient for the business - the hotel and the room were clean and the daily fixing up was properly done on time - no business service - printing out some documents - is the only minus point so far - due to many tourists (mainly families with children) the noise after 22;00 pm was nearly daily on the acceptable limit.

Quite an interesting style of hotel. It’s located opposite the Macau airport, very convenient especially for those who are rushing for morning flights. Tried their morning breakfast buffet, but we think can be improved.

We loved this place!!! My family arrived at the airport around 1:30 AM and found out that the hotel was right next to it! It was attached to the airport and didn’t need to take a taxi. After the flight, we could have sweet dreams right away. We loved the place. I would visit this hotel again when we travel to Macao later in the future. The price was wonderful as well! Highly recommended.

Very convenient as the hotel is just located right across the road from the airport, there are also free shuttle bus to get around.

Good location, nearby to public transport and easily accessible. Just opposite to the airport so we need not to carry our luggage to the public transport. You can stored your luggage here after check out as they prepared a room to help their guests.
