The Menjaga Bay Team makes every effort in the world to make your stay expentionel and absolutely great! On our trip, when the volcano exploded and air travel was interrupted, the staff went the extra mile and left no stone unturned in order to help us! Rooms are luxurious and spacy, the surrounding looks like you are in a different world and the food is amazing. If possible, i would give 10 starts!

Despite its recent establishment, it lacked clear and fundamental service and management skills - unfortunately! Despite its good location and the staffs best intentions to ensure good hospitality there where numerous mistakes made, which made our stay difficult, exhausting and overall more annoying than enjoyable. It included semi-fresh food, poor coordination of local diving experience, no pool service (drinks, towels, shower facility etc). Especially change of rooms underway turned out to be handled with a lot less efficiently and comfort as part of our stay, to say the least.

We spent the last couple of nights on our honeymoon here and our experience couldn’t have been better. The rooms are beautiful with a world class view of the bay and surrounding islands. We watched the sunset and spotted shooting stars from the privacy of our own deck. The food is fantastic, and the staff are great - friendly, hard working and professional. Overall it was the perfect way to finish 3 blissful weeks in Indonesia.

I highly recommend coming here for your birthday, honeymoon, or just to relax, this place is amazing! The room views are beyond words; you must see them yourself⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything is spotless, cool, and quiet The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic They offer free airport transfers and will pick you up 🙌🏻 I will definitely be back here for sure!

Menjaga Bay is the place for a luxurious and secluded tropical paradise. We came for our honeymoon and had such a relaxing experience. Pick up was smooth and we went on a 20 mins speedboat to the hotel, which I highly suggest. We were welcomed at the jetty with friendly staff and a welcome drink. The sea view bungalow was amazing, great views to wake up to, very clean, spacious and no bugs. We were happily surprised by the flowers and ‘happy honeymoon’ on our bed on our arrival - very much appreciated. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful and the food was tasty and presented very well. During our stay, we hired paddle boards, swam in the very clean pool, enjoyed the board games and pool table at the restaurant. We had gotten dropped off into town one afternoon, and it was difficult to get any local drivers willing to drive us back to the hotel. We called Pak Willy at the hotel reception and he kindly organised someone to pick us up. Can’t thank him enough. We suggest organising a drop off and pick up time with the hotel before you go into town. Thank you again to all the amazing staff for creating a wonderful experience for our 2-night stay.

If you are visiting Komodo, this place is a must. Completely private and so peaceful. A perfect getaway from all the noise of Labuan Bajo. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Felt like a queen in my comfortable white robe and private villa. The local staff were so pleasant and kind, the food was truly top quality & seeing wild monkeys all around was a treat. I will be booking this place again there is no other place quite like it! Thank you to the staff & management for such a wonderful stay!
