Everything was good but they refused to award me my Accor points because I used trip.com to book. I find this ridiculous

Opportunities for improvement: Rooms 1. consider using small bottles of water that can fit into the bar fridge. Cold water after a hot day is a game changer! Melange 1. Surf and turf: the big prawns and lobster meat were frozen and were not really attractive. After grilling, the meat turned out to be partially soggy, which is a turn off. 2. Suggestion: for the grill, cook to order instead of preparing the food and leaving it under a heater lamp. I.e. lamb cutlets, pork chops, grilled sea bass etc. Freshly grilled food taste better and maintains the high quality. Grilled food left under a heater lamp becomes either soggy or too tough. 3. Same suggestion for breakfast waffles: make to order rather than leave it on the plates ready to go. Examples of great service: 1. Mariana helped prepare a ice bucket of champagne for us even though the honeymoon comment was not originally registered by trip.com and pullman. She was very helpful and remembers what clients say. Top marks and greatly appreciated! 2. All buggy drivers greet upon pick up and some even went out of their way to reverse so we can video manta rays in shallow waters off our villa. Truly deserving of the great service tag! 3. All waiters serving at all restaurants always asks whether we want water to start off. It feels like an SOP but we love it! Consistent and service with a smile! Was truly a great experience and would love to come back again!

My wife and I had an incredible massage experience with Mara and Janna. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a soothing cup of tea, setting the tone for a truly relaxing session. The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and attentive throughout. Both Mara and Janna were highly skilled and professional. They tailored the massage perfectly to our needs, using just the right pressure and technique. It was one of the most rejuvenating and calming massages we’ve had. To top it off, we were offered another cup of tea after the session, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. We left feeling completely refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for outstanding service and true relaxation!

What an amazing stay at Pullman Maldives. We have travelled all over the world and this place if definitely a stand out. Very well organized from the start at Male we were greeted and assisted through all steps to get to the island. We stayed in an over the water bungalow (sunset side and highly recommend it). Buggies are available on call to take you where ever you want to go, but we opted to rent bikes for our entire stay. We like the independence and little exercise while getting lost on the island. Diving was excellent! The dive shop is well run and organized. The dive boat was spacious and the crew were attentive to all our needs. We got our Advanced open water certificate here. Tip-request e-course prior to trip so you can start your diving right away. Mathis was our dive master and he is professional and thorough with all aspects of certification. We truly appreciated his intuitiveness and teaching technique and felt he really cared about our diving experience. He was a pleasure to dive with. A shout out to the other dive masters Jessie, Kayla and Valeska. We enjoyed happy hours and breakfast at Sol Rising with Amicca and Milan. So many choices of great food at Milange and Nisha was very pleasant greeting us each time. The food and service at Phat Chameleon was excellent. Gym on site has everything needed for workout and the golf simulator was a fun break from the heat. Maldives is beautiful, the water and sand are unbelievable and we hope to return again.

What an awesome experience!! Crystal clear waters, luxury villas and amazing food!! We also got massages with Barbara and Janna!! Omg, the best massages ever! I fell asleep it was so relaxing! I wish I could take them with me! I highly recommend Pullman for a relaxing get away!!

We had an outstanding stay at Pullman Maldives!! The staff was so friendly and bent over backward to accommodate us. The food at Melange was excellent, with an amazing buffet of different food types. We spent happy hours at Sol Rising most nights and Milan took great care of us! My husband and I also went diving with Suvadiva Dive Centre with Kayla as our Divemaster. She was an excellent divemaster and a lot of fun! We really enjoyed the diving here, including the famous channel dive. It was an amazing vacation and we didn’t want to leave!

This was our second visit to Pullman Maldives, and there's a reason we came back. The resort continues to impress with its exceptional service and outstanding facilities. The staff truly makes this place special - Nisha's great hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay, while Chef Asanka's insanely talented culinary skills elevated every meal to a gourmet experience. We were particularly impressed when Prem, behind the bar, mastered a cocktail we'd been craving that wasn't even on the menu. These personal touches exemplify why the entire resort operates at the highest level of hospitality. But the true highlight of our stay was our diving experience with Kayla, an exceptional instructor at the resort's dive center. Her extensive diving experience and expertise shine through in her professional, safety-conscious approach. She went above and beyond by arranging our nitrox course and expertly guiding us through the technically challenging Kooddoo Channel dive - an adventure we might not have attempted without her confident leadership. The perfect balance of expertise and personality made every dive special, with a great sense of humor keeping us relaxed while pointing out incredible marine life. Taking charge of our GoPro to capture amazing footage was an extra touch that made this unforgettable experience even more meaningful. For anyone diving at Pullman Maldives, requesting this outstanding instructor is a must!

The Pullman resort is amazing, A long way to get there but it is worth it. The deep massage at the spa with Danna and Mara was wonderful, it took off all our pressure and was very relaxing. Thanks of the two of them for their professional services.

There was 7 of us traveling together over the Christmas holidays. We booked 3 rooms which included a beach bungalow with pool, water villa and water villa with pool. This was our first trip to Maldives, but we did a lot of research and read reviews so of we had high expectations for the Pullman. And it did deliver!!! The food was amazing, the location was stunning, the rooms were modern and big, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The travel day to get to the resort was long and the interisland airfare gets delayed a lot (so be prepared for a wait) but once you arrive you’re in paradise. And the underwater world was spectacular! Every day we would walk/swim about 1/4 mile (about 15 minutes from the beach area) to the deeper area/“drop off”/house reef. We would see so many fish, turtles, sharks, and eagle rays. It was some of the best house reefs (that you could access without a boat) that we’ve snorkeled. We also went on several excursions which included the house snorkeling tour, a private island tour, night snorkeling, and sunset fishing. The snorkel tour and sunset fishing were included in our stay, but we paid extra for the others. And they were well worth the extra penny!! We also took advantage of several resort activities included a pool dive to learn scuba, mocktail class, cooking class, and massages. The Pullman did an amazing job on setting up special events for the holidays like a Christmas Eve dinner on the beach with fire dancers and LED lights show, pool parties, Santa on the beach, etc. At one time they probably had 100 staff setting up for the dinner on the beach. They also had staff maintaining the beach and grounds with early morning ranking of the sand and trimming trees/plants. The WiFi at the resort was fast and accessible. You could access it in the rooms/villas, restaurants, common areas by the pools, basically most places on the island. And you definitely needed the WiFi because you used the resort app “Staytus” to view the menus, daily activities, order a buggie, ask questions, or make dinner reservations. Overall the vacation was amazing and we highly recommended the Pullman! Shout out to the staff (especially Evalyn) for making it a wonderful holiday!!

Service 11/10 As with all the Maldivian resorts we have been lucky enough to visit, the staff simply could not be more friendly, helpful or accommodating. On finding our beach villa was sunrise, rather than sunset facing, we were immediately moved to a sunset facing room. Restaurant staff were so friendly with special mentions to Nisha, and Hakeem (our resident weather forecaster) along with Shifag, Ahmed & Shah, and the morning dosa chef and the evening grill chef, noodle chef and sushi chef whose names we couldn’t remember. Also a special mention for Evelyn in the Hub bar. Location 9/10 The Maldives is obviously a stunning destination and Maamutaa is a beautiful island… just the right size to be able to walk around without necessarily needing to wait for buggies or have bicycles. It boasts its own house reef where we saw turtles, sharks and rays, and has plenty of the same viewable just snorkelling off the beach. We had a bit more rain than we’ve previously had in January at other resorts with the suggestion that proximity to the equator may make the weather a little unsettled. The beaches are pristine and one can often feel like the only people using them. I’m guessing water villa folk stay in their water villas but we thoroughly enjoyed the beach/sea/villa pool combination. Accommodation 8/10 Beach villa with pool was roomy and beautifully decorated in the traditional Maldivian resort style with a spacious bathroom with bath and indoor and outdoor shower. There was also another outdoor shower next to the villa pool which was useful for de-sanding toes. Comfortable king size bed plus desk area and sofas and armchair as one would expect. The outdoor lounge area was also a welcome respite from sun or rain. For a relatively new resort there were elements that could be addressed… the bed headboard was a little grubby: We needed to request that all the plungers on the soap/shower wash/lotion dispenser bottles were changed as they had started to corrode and didn’t plunge. Although I’d usually never even think of turning on the big, flat-screen TV, on the one occasion I did when it rained all day I was surprised to find that there were no channels of either TV or radio programming tuned in. The “all-inclusive” experience 7/10 Water and mini-bar restocked daily with a plentiful supply of beer, wine, snacks etc. Disappointing at how little alcohol free option there was (as I don’t drink alcohol)… no alcohol free lager/beer option for the mini bar and very little in the bars or restaurant, and no alcohol free wine option at all. We had assumed bicycles would be available free of charge but it turned out we’d have to use up experience vouchers for limited bicycle hire. Similarly with the massage… we were given four half hour vouchers each for massage but these couldn’t be used together to make an hour so 30 minutes was free but the second 30 minutes needed to be paid as extra. It seems the all inclusive is just catering for alcohol consumption and lit

We decided to go to Pullman Maldives for our winter vacation because we have always had wonderful experience in another Pullman resort. It was our third time in Maldives and we had very high expectations. I’m happy to share that Pullman Maldives even exceeded them in every aspect. From the arrival on Male Airport to the check-in for departure the team took such care of our family that we felt like home but in paradise. The place has it all - incredible beauty, reach marine life, modern villas, plenty of activities, great dining options and outstanding service. We stayed at two beach pool villas and one sunset ocean villa which was great because we were able to capture the best of all on that wonderful island. We enjoyed enormously the three restaurants that offered a great variety of food, drinks and excellent service. The bars are all beautiful, the live music at the Hub made every evening special and watching the turtles and sharks around Saffron is something no one should miss. There were so many activities that 10 days were not enough to explore everything but whatever we tried was fantastic. We enjoyed a lot the house reef snorkeling, the jet ski and the fun tube. The Christmas Eve Party was the top of all, spectacular setting and performance. We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to the entire team - people are what makes the difference and at Pullman Maamutaa resort you can find the best example of welcoming, knowledgeable and dedicated personnel. We would like to mention some of its members who did outstanding job to make us feel amazing during our stay: Aman from Security and Santosh who saved our vacation finding the mobile of our son in the dark and rainy night; everyone in the restaurants especially Kamal, Azleef, Zin, the hostess Nisha, the sommelier (I’m so sorry I can’t recall the name), the music band and most of all the su chef at Melange Subrata who made special meals for our daughter and her vegetarian boy friend. Thank you! We are looking forward to seeing you again.

What a brilliant place to spend new year! Food, location and service all outstanding. We had a really good holiday. Highlights included swimming with 2 species of shark on the reef, a dolphin trip where we saw over 50 spinner dolphins and massages with Rahul and Mara. We had an overwater sunset villa with pool which was perfect for us and our 6 year old. Privacy when you need it and then the resort is great too. We loved lunches at Sol Rising which has an excellent wine list included in the all inclusive.
