We arrived at Male airport and arranged pick up from the hotel and were advised to be at the picket point at 9.30 am. for 10 o'clock boat
.We were there at 9.15 am but they said that 10 am boat has engine issues and unable to transfer till 11.30am which is fair but on arriving at the hotel the reception staff said you guys missed the 10 am boat because you were not on time and when we stated that we were 45 minutes earlier at the pick up point the hotel staff went quiet and changed the topic .
After hour wait for check-in we were told that the rooms which we booked has some lock issues and they cannot accommodate us in that room and the hotel is full so they are not able to accomodate us in the hotel but they said they can accomodation in their villa which was next door.
We agreed thinking that villa would be good but later we realised that the hotel is mostly for the staff to stay and the room was dirty half used toiletries nothing in minibar,towels were literally torn bathroom door was rusted,the shower door was broken TV in the room not working when reported no action they simply stated we are completely booked and we cannot accommodate.
Asked for a partial refund as we paid a way lot ,we were completely ignored, and we reported it to the online site, which we booked and on the day of departure the managed came to us and offered us 2 activity as compensation and dinner for one night but we did not accept it as we have already done the activity and vacated.
After a week, chase up with the online site we got some refunds, but nothing close to what we should have returned .
we have also attached the picture of the room we stayed in.
we strongly recommend avoiding this hotel as it is a scam, and the room doesn't even look any close to what they have advertised.
Yes, the rooms are close to jetty, but the staff and management and the room are not worthy what you pay for.
Kindly avoid this place at any cost.

This is a clean place, I'll say that. If you don't mind 0-1 hours of sleep, no wifi in your room, no television programming, it'll be perfect for you. Stayed room 205. Good: 1) right next to jetty and Icom tours. 2) Clean bathrooms, clean sheets, good A/C, and ceiling fan to help with noise and keeping mosquitos away. Bad: 1) At night. you will hear the alcohol party boat on the water until 2 am. It is deafening and the way the noise travels through the water to you is pure hell, plus the sound of screaming people. If you're at that party, you won't care since you're busy ruining everything for everyone trying to sleep. 2) No Wifi in rooms 3) Staff are lazy, rude, and could care less about any problem you have. When trying to inquire about the noise, I had to have the lazy night guy call an english speaking receptionist who kept demanding to know my room # rather than answering my questions. 4) Day staff will try to tack on extra $3 tax 'green fee' - if you book on *********** this is included. 5) Would not give me the room key to go to room my self, told me the key was in the room, then rushes ahead to try and not have me see him opening the door. Tip fishing. They think we're stupid. These are the indians working there, locals usually have long hair and work on boats at Maafushi with regards to tourism. 6) Indian scammers also use their personal phones at check in to photograph your passport and all of your contact information. This concerns me, majorly. 7) Construction in attached building goes sunrise to sunset, so once you do fall asleep from the music noise that earplugs won't prevent, you will be awoken at 6am by jack hammers. Absolute NIGHTMARE

Booked this hotel and arranged transfer with their staff from airport. Staff told me wait near desk we will take you yo the boat. I waited 50 minutes. Nobody came then they told sorry we forgot you and the boat left. They charged my card for full of stay. Never stay there.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel was clean and perfect location . It was such an amazing place. We enjoyed so much. The view was perfect You can see the sea directly and they have many activities. The food was good and the hotel near of the markets

We did the half-day excursion with the sharks in this structure, Ravidu, the boy who accompanied us was really very good and patient, making us live a wonderful experience that we will also remember thanks to the photos and videos he took of us with the go pro. I fully recommend it! Thank you Ravidu❤️

I left/forgot my money at the hotel $100 & they have made no attempts to try to get it back to me even while I was still on the island/country. Mentioned I would give feedback they ignored all my messages.They said they would sort it as soon as I left

Very good place and well located!! We chose this hotel for part of our honeymoon, and it was an incredible experience! We stayed on this island for 4 days to see more places in the Maldives and we had a very peaceful and welcoming stay at the hotel. Incredible team in all sectors, super helpful and attentive. Some super funny ones like the breakfast staff lol I would like to especially thank Sajith, the hotel manager. For everything he did for us, he solved our problems wonderfully and took care of us in the best way possible throughout our time there. Best quality person, THANK YOU SAJITH! Despite the rain that was present on most days, unfortunately, we managed to take incredible trips such as Parasailing (I highly recommend it, one of the most incredible experiences of our lives), a jet ride and a kayak paddle for two watching the sunset on an desert island near Maafushi. The shark diving was incredible, we did it with Shamaan, responsible for the hotel's tours, a very good person! Finally, I would like to thank the entire hotel team and say that we really enjoyed it, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it!
