A very large menu, a large selection of dishes, good and healthy breakfasts, very pleasant service, everyone is always smiling, but in general: being in this hotel, you feel in complete privacy, I do not recommend it with children, the best place for a honeymoon, stunning underwater world at your feet. Excellent design of houses, everything is very thought out for guests!

I cannot recommend COMO COCOA ISLAND enough. I have been lucky enough to stay at some beautiful hotels around the world for work and holidays (Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Capella, Waldorf, Soho House) and Como Cocoa still ranks in the very top top resorts I’ve ever stayed at. It’s the definition of quiet luxury - beautifully designed and maintained, attentive, friendly, personal but not fussy service, and all the amenities and care you’d expect in a world leading resort. Food is excellent, delicious and fresh. Menu changed regularly throughout my short stay, breakfast is top. Spa is sublime - I just did a one hour massage but it was very good and in beautiful surroundings. The shaded hydrotherapy area is such a nice place to cool off at the end of the day. Ultimate relaxation. On this trip I did 4 days at cocoa and 4 days at another resort. If I’m fortunate enough to return to the Maldives the only place I’m coming is cocoa. Huge thanks to all the fantastic staff, especially the kind and excellent bartender Ravi and the superb manager of the resort Wis. If you are trying to choose between cocoa or perhaps a bigger resort brand (as there are so many options in the Maldives) I really urge you to go with this beautiful property, you won’t regret it.

Best place ever gone before. Nice staff, nice place, nice food, nice environment and etc...can see turtle, baby shark and stingray with different fish during snorkeling. Perfect place for relaxing and recharging for couple.

We got back from Como Cocoa Island a week ago and we had the most wonderful relaxing stay (even with a 7 month old baby). We turned up at the resort and from the word go we were made to feel very special. We landed at Male airport and were met by the Como Cocoa representative at arrivals where it was a short walk across a road to the boat. Here we got ice cold towels and a bottle of cold water which was just what was needed after a 9.5 hour flight. After 40 minutes we arrived at the resort where Wisam and his team greeted us on the jetty with coconut water and a tour around the island to get to our room. The island is small but absolute perfection. All the staff provide 12 out of 10 customer service, they really do care about the guest experience - a big thank you inparticular to Fanny, Sulthan, Anura, Nattey and of couse Wisam who ensured we had everything we needed 24/7. Our accommodation was out of this world, clean, modern yet with Maldivian touches. We based ourselves on our private terrace most days to enjoy the view whilst our baby boy could nap in the shade or in his baby travel cot which was provided by Como Cocoa Island. The food every single day was incredible- delicious and beautifully presented but not forgetting to mention the weaning menu they also provided for our little boy who was well and truly spoiled and looked after. We would also highly recommend enjoying the dishes on the themed night dinners too. Even though we didn't snorkel much just seeing the fish, sharks, rays and turtles from the jetty was incredible. We also enjoyed a massage at the spa each which we both said was one of the best massages we have had and the inside pool area is also beautiful. We had one of the best holidays ever. The Water Villa with a Pool was spacious and very luxurious. The food was excellent. Every meal was memorable and the outdoor dining that was arranged was also special. We enjoyed the signature massage at the spa. There are three reefs to explore so the snorkeling is very good. Saw a lot of reef fishes including sharks and turtles. Illara the resident marine biologist took us on the sunset cruise where we saw dolphins and also guided us on snorkeling. Very friendly and extremely professional and passionate about marine life. Our Butler Natey, Ravi/Sithin/Blu/Muru and all the staff members were so kind and pleasant. The staff seem well looked after and happy and thus their service is from the heart and not forced. Bravo to Wazim and Management. We are already planning the next trip.

This is not just a holiday. This is a once in a lifetime experience like no other. For us, this was a 10 day honeymoon in paradise and it was thanks to the fantastic folks at Como Cocoa Island who gave us an unparalleled level of service complete with stunning views and amazing food. From the friendly greeting we got by Hardy at the airport to arriving after a speedboat ride and Rishfaz warmly welcoming us to the island and showing us to our gorgeous Dhoni Water Loft Villa. We were astounded by the captivating views of the Indian Ocean from our very own veranda and all we had to do was walk down a few little steps we were and able to go snorkeling with sea turtles and colourful fishes of all shapes and sizes. The actual rooms in the villa were beautiful too. Light, airy, of the highest quality furniture including a giant comfy bed and fully air conditioned throughout which was most welcome in that heat. One step outside and you were greeted by the boardwalk that took you to this tiny little private island escape with beautiful white sand and crystal blue and turquoise waters. The picutres honestly don't do it justice. It has to be seen to be believed. We would eat and have an amazing team serve us for the duration of the trip from the fabulous UFAA restaurant and bar. The food was simply incredible with a variety of dishes that featured local cuisines (including some amazing seafood curries) as well as classic Mediterranean delights and the healthy signature Como Shambala menu was available too. We always were able to try something new each time. What really made the restaurant (and bar) so special though, were the amazing team on hand to serve us. All so friendly and warm, some we got to know so well that they felt more like friends by the end of the trip sharing laughs and jokes all topped with exceptional service throughout. They made us feel more like family instead of occupants. We loved meeting and were served by the excellent Sulthan, Sithin, Michael, Anura, Muru and Hindra all of which gave us the most incredible service throughout as well as being full of life, personality and good vibes. At the bar we had Ravi make us excellent cocktails served at the sandbanks by the fantasic Blu where we would watch the sunset every evening. This team is a credit to Como group and really help this place stand out as one of the most incredible resorts in the world. In addition to this we should mention that the incredibly charming manager of rooms Ahmed who would always greet us so warmly and who would ensure that during our entire stay there we were well looked after throughout. During our stay we had the pleasure of using the Como Shambala Spa which helped us relax with April, Wannee, Chandra and Tari giving us the most amazing signature massages, a speciality of the Como brand. We had to keep coming back for more. Fadzil and Noki at the spa too were also always so friendly and welcoming any time we even passed there. In closing, we can't thank ever

Come to cocoa for Trailtail Beach, beautiful view, good service, delicious food, butler arrangement is very good, very good. The island is small, but unforgettable. Will come again, the service is very good, our flight time is more than 11 PM, como for us free late check-out until 7 o 'clock, five-star praise.

The eighth visit to this Island paradise in the Maldives. As loyal guests of COMO Hotels Cocoa Island just gets better and better. Even our stormy arrival did not dampen our spirits, the warmth of the welcome and professional friendliness of the whole team is what lures us back time after time. Accommodation is low key luxe at it's best, the COMO signature scent bathroom products are simply divine, the snorkelling/diving activities amazing, sunrise yoga, the Como Shambhala SPA is consistently top of the top, the therapists quite simply the best! our vegan dietary requirements encouraged the chef to produce mouth watering Indian and Indonesian tasting menus, the COMO Shambhala menu is so good and equally healthy. Snorkelling accompanied by the in-house Marine Biologist was inspiring as was the turtle excursion which led us to see not only Turtles but amazing up close observation of Manta Rays. The dive team have great respect for the Ocean this is certainly eco-tourism as it should be.

This trip exceeded every expectation we had about what a beach holiday could be. The weather was great in spite of it being the ‘off’ season, and the snorkelling was amazing. We saw all kinds of fish, sharks (harmless), rays and turtles. The island is small and intimate and you often feel like you’re the only guests. The star of the show are the staff - the best service we’ve ever received from the whole team including Wisam, Binoy, Muru along with everyone else. We never want to go anywhere else for a beach holiday and can’t wait to come back.
