Dead Sea has lost a lot of tourist arrivals after the war in Israel started. Anyway upon check in, the staff kindly upgraded our room to a Premium room with pool view. 2nd floor was fine as we did not need to have a sea view. The resort is so huge, so walking around can take some time, or you can call reception for the buggy to pick you up. The next morning, we were amazed by the buffet spread at breakfast, from freshly baked pastries to eggs to Middle eastern side dishes. There was even sparkling wine wow! The view from the breakfast place was lovely, we could see the circular swimming pool and the Dead Sea in the background. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it had the fresh paint smell as it was recently renovated. The bathtub and shower were good, plus the amenities were special as they were made using Dead sea minerals. Of course a visit to the Dead Sea is incomplete without visiting the sea itself, we had a great time by the beach. The staff gave us instructions on how to soak in the Dead Sea and also helped me to slather mud on my body. The additional massage on my neck and shoulder areas was really good. We had so much fun here and took many great photos!

Every restaurant in the hotel has performances at night. The food and service are excellent. The rooms are also very large. It is worthy of its name. Recommended

Unfortunately didn't get to stay here due to Last minute flight cancellations and due to some error my cancellation request didn't go through. Asked the hotel to offer some goodwill for a refund and they flatly refused without any discussion whatsoever. NOT five star service and a disappointng response as I imagine there are not close to full occupancy nowadays and could do with some customer loyalty. A real shame. Consider staying at the other nearby hotels instead.

非常棒的酒店，酒店位置很好，而且有自己單獨的死海沙灘，可以走路到死海，房間挺大的，早餐特別棒，而且酒店有好幾個餐廳，非常喜歡户外的意大利餐廳，一線海景太棒了。

酒店是該地區最好的，各部門服務好，早晚餐都不錯，晚餐是自助形式，菜品豐富，33第納爾一個人，不包含軟飲等；免費提供死海泥浮游，有電瓶車送到酒店所屬死海區域。酒店有小童Club ，很多當地人帶孩子全家到此度假休閑，游泳池與死海融為一體，特別有意境。

房間內的設施一般但室外環境非常棒，有自己的私人海灘隨便下死海，泳池也好幾個，餐廳也很不錯。

第二次入住，這次花錢升了villa的房間，可是房間內部真的很舊，歡迎水果也沒有，但是酒店泳池還有自助早晚餐都非常棒，工作人員也超級好

完美的入住體驗，弧形無邊泳池和死海相連景色絕佳，酒店私人沙灘可以直接在死海漂浮，並備好了死海泥可以塗抹，房間有觀景陽台，早餐很豐盛，除了入住時需要排隊，一切都無可挑剔。

第一次碰到訂了雙床房卻不讓一家人住，必須再訂個房間或者升級成家庭套房，一般都是加一個人的費用就行，無語了，再花了一分錢升級成了一個沒有海景的家庭套房，體驗感不行。總體也勉勉強強，**海私屬海灘的路也沒有標識，也找不到工作人員問。早餐也很一般，也許是不適合中國人的胃。
