My perfect bolt hole. Lots of local cafes and places to eat, and very quiet. Nice extra touches like espresso coffee machine, biscuits, fresh fruit, glass bottles of filtered tap water and fresh milk. Soundproofed apartment and the ladies who came to service the rooms were lovely. A few minutes walk from St Anne's pier, Ashton Park and shops and supermarkets. Loved it, I'll definitely be back ☺️

I booked a studio apartment with a double bed for one night specifically to avoid twin beds, as comfort was a priority. Upon arrival at around 8 PM, everything appeared fine at first glance. However, when we got into bed around 3–4 AM (exhausted after a long day), we discovered that the “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together with an uncomfortable gap in the middle. This made it impossible to sleep well, and we had a terrible night. The issue was reported to the customer service team the following day, who acknowledged their mistake. However, instead of apologizing sincerely, they accused us of not reporting the issue sooner, as if it was our responsibility to rectify their failure. Their response was dismissive and rude. The bed setup should have been correct in the first place, especially when I had carefully booked a double bed. Even more frustrating, the customer service team stated they had vacant suites that night and could have moved us – but how were we to know this, or contact them, at 3 AM when we were already exhausted? Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame onto us, which is simply unacceptable. I was offered a 20% discount for a future stay, but frankly, after such an experience, I am not inclined to return. This experience highlights a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. If you value honesty, comfort, and respect as a guest, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this property based on this experience.

Great location,fab amenities,close to the square but not noisy at all,short stroll to the beach. Fabulous king sized comfy bed, coffee pods ,tea,sugar,milk,biscuits and fresh fruit and water provided. Free on site parking. Daily housekeeping. Great little find! We will definitely be returning

These self-contained rooms are a value for money alternative to the many other, often past-their-best and over-priced, accommodation types on this part of the Fylde coast. The check-in process is fully automated, and the building in general and our room in particular was very secure. There is parking available outside the building, although the access from the road is a little uneaven, so be careful when swinging your car in from the road. The en-suite room was spacious and modern, with lots of storage space. The location is excellent for those who either want access to Blackpool but do not want to stay in the hubbub of the resort, or those who want a quieter stay on the coast. Both rail and bus services are frequent and within easy walking distance. One word of caution: we were in room 6 that was accessed by 2 flights of steep stairs, so if you have any mobility issues, I suggest asking for one of the ground floor rooms.

Great central location, but in a quiet street. Allocated parking. Safe and easy access. Helpful and approachable Housekeeping. Modern, classy and beautifully decorated. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. We stayed the week of the heatwave and the fan that was provided was a godsend. Appreciated the milk, fruit, biscuits and tea and coffee that provided. Five minute walk to beach and St Anne's promenade, also coffee shops, restaurants and pubs just a few minutes away. Also a M&S foodhall and Aldi just a few minutes walk. Couldn't recommend enough and will definitely be back.

5* plus. Suite 4. Absolutely amazing , spotlessly clean. Water, fruit, tea coffee, milk & soaps all provided. Very comfy ex large bed. Heating & wifi. Excellent communication all the way through. Central but quiet location. Will definitely stay here next time, can't recommend enough. Converted house so stairs very narrow, not for limited mobility person. Two suites are ground floor if available.
