Bellevue - Contactless Self Check-IN

We stayed here several nights during July 2015. First and foremost Marlene and the rest of the staff are very helpful, very nice. They accommodated all our requests like storing our bags, providing an extra fan, extra pillows etc. However not having an air conditioner in summer months is a deal breaker. Since the hotel is on a main street and we were given first floor rooms we could not leave the windows open due to the vehicle noise. Keeping the windows closed made it very hot and stuff inside the room. The room is very clean but very basic, nothing fancy and during the peak season they were not cheap!! I wish they had provide either a portable AC or something to keep the rooms cool. They have excellent breakfast and very courteous and friendly staff, however will avoid staying here in summer.

Located about 4km from Lucerne old town; Welcoming, friendly and helpful reception; nice breakfasts; handy parking at reduced rates for hotel guests; we had a third floor room which had views over the river and to mountains and city; room was reasonable size, with comfortable beds; had window shutters to reduce outside light and noise; wifi was effective; a comfortable stay.

Wow! What a beautiful city and the Hotel allowed us to take it all in from our balcony. We were located overlooking Lake Lucerne with the Alps in the background. A forty five minute walk into town which seemed like 5 minutes as you can walk most of the way along the side of the lake. We had friendly and helpful service and a delightful breakfast every morning. We would certainly stay here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, il prezzo lo abbiamo trattato in quanto erano dopo le ore 20. Nonostante le camere sono sulla strada, abbiamo dormito benissimo, il traffico di notte e' quasi nullo, il treno che passa dietro passa solo di giorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione abbondante con servizio impeccabile. Da consigliare a chi non ha esigenze chic.

Hotel che per rapporto qualità/prezzo è sicuramente buono (rispetto agli standard svizzeri), il personale è gentilissimo, la camera ed il bagno molto puliti. Wi-Fi gratuito. Difetti (che hanno fatto abbassare il voto): la camera era piccola (ma sufficiente) e affacciava sulla discarica del Hotel; le pareti sono sttili quindi si sente tutto quello che succede nelle altre stanze; la colazione è appena sufficiente come alternative sebbene il pane sia caldo e morbido. Non c'è un ristorante (solo l'Hotel Hermitage affiliato ne ha, ma bisogna cambiare struttura per accedere). Infine la posizione è non ideale per raggiungere la città (a piedi sono 45 Minuti) che è supercaotica se la si vuole raggiungere in macchina. Complessivamente buono con alcuni punti deboli che abbassano la media...con qualche accorgimento puo' migliorare moltissimo.

A una decina di metri dal lago (coperta la visuale da un altro hotel di fronte) e a 100 m. dalla fermata del bus (n°24 direzione Stazione Lucerna, circa 10 min.) offre un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile alla reception con spiegazioni e consigli per visitare la città. Camera abbastanza comoda con balcone, presenza di un ascensore, colazione che spazia dal salato al dolce, parcheggio all'aperto adiacente al hotel al costo di 5 CHF al giorno. Altro vantaggio la posizione a pochi minuti di autobus dal famoso museo dei trasporti.
