We searched for ages for a house to buy in the area, having holidayed in the Algarve. The estate agent took us onto the sun-terrace overlooking the pool, the palm trees and the distant blue seas and knew that Vila Serena was the perfect place for a holiday home. 80% of our visitors return.
As well as spectacular sea views from the roof terrace with glorious sunsets, there's stunning communal pool, baby pool and gardens. Shade cover for your car.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc
Three double bedrooms (hair dryer) with wardrobes.
We can also provide up to two good sized travel cots, high chair and baby bath.
There's a small terrace off the master bedroom, two bathrooms, spacious open plan lounge with 6 seater dining area, a wood burning stove, fully fitted kitchen, well equipped.
The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, bidet and vanity unit. The downstairs bathroom has a shower.
Log fire is available in winter, long-term winter visitors' enquiries are welcome..
The property is equipped with a new Smart TV, digital Tv channels, wifi and Dvd, a garden terrace and patio furniture with optional Bbq. The roof terrace with loungers for private sunbathing.
There's a paperback library, board games and jigsaws for all ages.
Bed linen & beach towels are provided, you can holiday with hand luggage only!
Our caretaker Joao will meet you at the door and show you in, leaving a key for your use.
The property is located in a smart complex of only 16 houses within enclosed private gardens and a shaded car parking space out front..

For longer stays, Joao and his team will freshen up the house and change sheets & towels for a small charge.
There is also an Abta-approved shuttle bus service which tours the hotels; one family of 6 had the return journey mini-bus all to themselves!
There is an excellent local bus service that stops close by, its one of those city bus routes that charges about 2-3 Euros per trip or for a dayVis mere
