Very mixed feelings about the experience. Overall I would give 4 stars. The Bad - only 1. The tour agency. We booked a tour guide and driver to take us to Dendera, Valley of Kings, Valley of Queens and Hatshepsut Temple - this was our itinerary. Our guide took us to all but refused to take us to the Valley of the Queens, instead trying to scam us by taking us to the Alabaster stone factory which was not on our itinerary and despite paying in advance to go to the Valley of Queens instead. The Alabaster stone factory is not a factory, it is a shop to coerce and scam tourists charging $150 for a small piece of rock which many tourists fall for. Tourists at other hotels also complained about this and saw many foreigners being scammed at these so called “factories”. So please be prepared for this and only stick to your schedule that you agreed beforehand. The Good - the laundry, staff at the hotel (security, waiters, manager) was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms were amazing and the pool and location was great.

Hotel is rather nice, has numerous facilities such as pool area, bar, gym. Spa and multiple shops. Outside pool area is rather large and spacious and also has a comfortable seating area within the hotel and at the entrance. Hotel is rather dated, such as the bathrooms and the elevators and breakfast could be somewhat improved.

It was a convenient stay

Perfect location next to Luxor temple, travel agency at the lobby has very good prices, we book a taxi to Marsa Allam for the half of the prices we were offered from other hotels, The breakfast is ok! But honestly for us was very difficult to find good food in Luxor, so we were happy to have that option

열기구, 펠루카 모두 객실에서 보였고, 가든 수영장에서 힐링 시간 가졌다. 방도 넓고 침구는 따뜻하고 편했다. 로비도 넓고 식당도 넓음. 맛은 괜찮음. 욕실 샤워기 수압이 약하고 배수가 잘 안됨. 룩소르 신전까지 강변따라 걸어 다님. 숙소 왼쪽에 가게 있어 물 구입 가능. 제일 좋았던 것은 역시 나일강 뷰!!

優點： 1.位置還不錯 2.飯店可以提供自助餐（晚餐付費） 缺點： 1.衞生極差，毛巾都是臟的 2.八百多一晚的房間礦泉水都是收費的 3.網絡很慢 4.前台服務態度差

超級糟糕的酒店，硬件設施老舊不説衞生也差。雙人房間裏只有一個水杯。陽台上的椅子沒有座墊，直接坐在架子上。整棟樓都有機器嗡鳴的聲音，就像聲納。讓人發瘋。管理混亂，退房時試圖亂收費！入住就是一場災難。

這家Aracan酒店很棒！超出我們的預想。1、酒店位於盧克索的尼羅河邊上，正對着遊船碼頭，交通很方便。火車站在東邊1.5公里，盧克索神廟就在酒店南邊500米處，卡納克神廟在北邊2公里。2、酒店很大，設施一流，漂亮寬敞的大堂，花園裡有乾淨的大泳池，好幾個不同風味的餐廳。3、酒店提供各種遊覽項目安排，埃及風格的按摩等。4、房間寬大舒適，設備齊全，每間客房都有能看尼羅河景點的陽台。5、房價含早餐，餐品供應比較豐富。6、酒店工作人員服務一流，熱情周到，樂於助人。本人在餐廳吃晚餐時，由於忙着辦事，把手機忘在餐桌上了，服務員拾到後交給前台。等我發現手機不在身上，回酒店就找到了，十分感謝酒店工作人員的誠信服務！🙏🙏 7、需要注意的是: 酒店內服務很好而且安全。但在外邊大街和景點，會碰到一些主動搭訕的人，基本上都是拉客宰人或收取小費的。千萬別讓他們粘上，擺手説“No”遠離即可。

部屋に歯ブラシがあれば良かった。部屋で食べかけのお菓子が無くなっていて、最後のひと口だけが残っていたのが気味が悪かった。

酒店的地理位置有兩個優點：1、馬路對面就是熱氣球的碼頭，坐完熱氣球直接就走回酒店吃早飯，非常方便。2、步行去盧克索神廟大概15分鐘不到，晚上去很方便。 預訂的時候選擇了三人，所以酒店給我們加了一個床，額外付款了點費用，睡起來很舒服。在盧克索是最累的，早起去熱氣球，晚上還要去神廟，所以好好休息很重要。早餐非常普通，吃了煎蛋和麪包，其他都沒什麼吃的。
