Dreadful..not even a lock on the door. Do not stay here. If you complain they are very rude.

The hotel is in a very accessible location and close to the town centre. Easy to travel and quick transfers. Will recommend a night stay and quick city tours.

The hotel design made me feel like I was in jail, but location was near the airport and price wise was alright

The hotel is near the train station and easy to access. There is also bus stop nearby which could bring us to the Luton Airport within 30 mins. In conclusion, the hotel location is very convenient. The accommodation is in the basic standard level and acceptable. It is a considerable option if you wish to stay for 1 or 2 nights only with few budgets.

Despite explaining the honest mistake and my inability to stay tomorrow, my request for a cancellation and refund was declined. While I understand policies exist, I had hoped for a more flexible and understanding approach, particularly given the genuine nature of my request. This experience has left me dissatisfied and unlikely to recommend your services to others. Nice hotel in the heart of LUTON TOWN the safest town in the world

Conveniently located near the train and bus station. Also enough stores around for late night food

Tried to get me out of room before check out. Left an item in room after check out, went back 10mins later yo get it and maid had cleaned room and stated there was nothing in there!

Hey i went there was bad experience i could take a room coz of some isshu i had to leave i was contacting with them for refund they were not giving me response

closest to Luton Airport for early morning flight. The bus shuttle is just within walking distant. Will do it again in the future.
