Would rate it lower if I could. Unless your standards are at rock bottom do not stay and this disgusting excuse for an apartment building. And when I mean disgusting I MEAN IT. Black mold in my personal shower, multiple rat infestations that took months to resolve, cockroach infestations, it always smells like cigarette smoke despite the no smoking signs and kitchen is always filthy. The front door has broken multiple times so literally anyone could enter the building and the walls are so paper thin good luck getting any sleep. The manager is incredibly irresponsible. Just on the first day I arrived at the agreed upon date and was told to wait hours until he arrived. Never even told me the code for the door, thank god one of the tenants let me in or I would have been stranded outside (didn’t have a car). Extremely bad at responding to you and the “office hours” are complete bs as he just replies when he feels like it. Also do not expect to get your deposit back. It’s been over 5 weeks and after weeks of waiting I was finally told I’d have an answer over a week ago. Nothing. Absolutely awful experience. Whatever money you think you’re saving with the low rates you’ll pay with your health and sanity. Take my advice and avoid this dump at all costs.
