Very convenient location, opposite east park mall when you can shop most daily staff or get nice food. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too.

The hotel is par excellence and its unfortunate didn’t spend much time there to explore other facilities due to a 9 hour delay of the flight. However from arrival into the hotel the reception was amazing as I had all my luggage carried to my room . The room exceeded my expectations, spacious and the antique furniture is good.The bathroom has both the shower and tub and very clean.The dining area is clean and I enjoyed the food.

This place was a great place to stay at. It is located near three big Malls in the area . There are also many hotels in the area and access to public transportation on the main road that goes from the airport to the city center. The staff and management team are good.

Definitely one of the very best hotels in Lusaka. All the facilities that you could need although maybe a late night bar spot would be good. The food was good overall and the breakfast buffet exceptional

Good quiet, comfortable, hospitable hotel

酒店房間比較大，床也舒服。 早餐比較豐富，晚餐的話有自助，也可以單點；味道不錯，價格實惠。離機場不遠，下次還會來 。

服務到位，工作人員比較熱情友善，但部分房間有蚊子，且熱水供應不足，浴缸放水到一半基本就沒熱水了，空調噪音較大，早餐不錯

我們一行六人到達盧薩卡機場後，受到麗笙（Radisson）酒店穿梭Bus的歡迎，六個服務生幫助我們安排好行李後每人索要了100誇查（約40元人民幣）的小費，但無人告訴我們穿梭Bus是否收費，讓我們與另外六、七人擠在一輛商務車內，我們入住五天後退房時，酒店以規定為名，要求我們每人付款35美元的穿梭Bus費，酒店的不專業和黑心，讓我們感受極差。

空調聲音吵到室內一直要帶耳塞、房間有異味、大而空盪盪的房間配上狹小的窗户讓人很不舒服，早餐乏善可陳，你們怎麼有臉推薦給大家？
