I booked this hotel for my wife, who is Chinese. I wasn't allowed to use my trip coins. She was in town to register our Hong Kong marriage at the Hukou office. The room they booked her into was not the one that was advertised. I booked a panoramic double room but what is shown in the pictures is not what she received.
I suspect because she is Chinese she was downgraded. She said the room was old and not good. They did switch her to another room for an upgrade but it still looked like the same type of room. It was very small when compared to the pictures on trip.com.
At first, we thought this was a hotel we could stay at again when I come to Anhui to visit her family. After her experience, we will probably not stay here. I have very high standards and always expect to get what I pay for. Additionally, her reservation included the free breakfast buffet. She said the breakfast was low quality.
Also, the reservation included a free gift. She did not receive a free gift, as promised.

The hotel is the best hotel in Lujiang. It is comfortable to live in. Because it gets the train earlier, there is no time to eat breakfast. Would like to see a slight improvement in the service of the hotel to be able to pack an early breakfast for customers

可以，縣城裡比較大的酒店了。外面吃飯交通都很方便，就是設施有點老舊。

OK，這是一條差評，是我幾年來第三次寫差評。
①早餐的事。我入住的時候，前台告知我沒有早餐，我説我買一份多少錢，前台説38元但是你現在衹要30，並告知我可以直接從按金扣，我同意了。第二天早上我準備用餐，餐廳告知我，我的房間是沒有購買早餐，我説我昨晚入住時購買好了，並會從按金扣，她不信並且説系統沒有，我説那你現在幫**作，前後等了幾分鐘，告知打印不了還是直接讓我付吧；但是付款時候説38元，我説前台説30元，早餐廳的説早餐一直38元不可能30元，我説你問前台；聯繫前台後，早餐廳的工作人員不情願的説，30元是你包含早餐的可以進去了。後面是按金的30元還是扣了。我不介意38還是30，你們操作失誤我也不是很介意，你們弄錯了一點不好意思都沒有嘛，早餐廳的就在怪我是什麼意思。
②房間很吵，窗户外面就是一條馬路，晚上轟隆隆的都是大貨車聲音，玻璃一點都不隔應，早上五點就醒了。
③房間停電是什麼鬼，有視頻為證。早上5點被吵醒睡不着了，我玩會手機，發現充不了電，開不了燈了，不是什麼意思啊。因為快起床了加上浴室燈可以用，我也沒打擾前台了。
④熱水，很不穩定，早上五點多洗手池熱水，放了一兩分鐘才有。
⑤衞生。洗手池旁邊的假花上面是很明顯的一層灰，遠看真好看，近看真隔應。地毯上也是頭髮。客房工作人員直接在布草間外面的窗台疊毛巾。

酒店的工作人員很熱情，房嫂心繫周到，因為帶着小寶，所以要增加一套小童牙刷🪥，房嫂貼別貼心的問了寶寶腳多大，送來了小童拖鞋，雖然凌晨五點鐘被隔壁的鬧鐘吵了20分鐘，但是想着工作人員挺辛苦的，還是寫個好評鼓勵一下

設施：電插座很多壞掉了
環境：算是廬江比較好的酒店了
延遲14點退房:OK

設施：作為星級酒店房間設施老化，確實是不行。房子裏沒有迷你吧！冰箱。
衞生：衞生比較好。
環境：環境一般，比我想像中還差，
服務：樓層的服務員碰到不會打招呼。衹當沒看見。
