Stay was very comfortable rooms were really nice and warm the ambience of the hotel was very well as well . the front staff was really helpful, Ansh and Akshay were very cooperative. would recommend to stay here and will come back again soon. really happy with the services.

Enjoyed the stay, the staff was very helpful specially Mr Vijay at the front desk, who was very professional and attentive, have enjoyed the food also., definitely we will come back again, all the facilities are available here, and Arcadium shops are just wow All the best guys see you soon.

Don’t ever book Park Plaza Ludhiana VIJAY KUMAR receptionist is the gunda of hotel, at first he was not attending the guest at reception than any how he booked the room and asked me when you would like to pay, at the time of checkout or just now, I said I will pay at the time of checkout, I was in deep sleep at 11:30 PM almost at midnight he called me and asked for payment or else checkout, I told him I am tired, already on medicine and in deep sleep, I will pay in the morning but NO, he came up with some more gunda to my room and woke me up, insisted me to pay or get out of hotel MOST UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT HOTEL OF GUNDAS GUNDA PLAZA

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! It's the worst hotel I've stayed in. On check in we got our room and it was very dirty, I complained straight away but it didn't get cleaned until the next day. The food is below average and very over priced, we had a evening meal for 2 people which cost over 8,000 rupees, where as we had a meal for 6 people at the Haveilli which cost less than 4,000 rupees. 2 days before we checked out I payed all my outstanding balance for the hotel room and food, but on the day we checked out we were told we still had to pay 40,000 rupees, after arguing and showing them all my payed receipts they still wanted more money, at this point we were going to miss our flight so I paid and left in disgust. The hotel staff had no communication with each other and their attitude was terrible. Trust me give this place a miss.

Very comfortable stay and good food. Team F&B and Housekeeping was very supportive. Location of hotel is perfect and Very well maintained hotel. Mouth watering breakfast and verities took the attraction. Rakhi and Dinesh were very much appreciated during breakfast.

The whole staff in the hotel are all very friendly and most helpful. They all always ask if anything is needed. They take the extra effort to ensure your stay is comfortable. The lobby of the hotel is very stylish and luxurious. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying at this hotel
