I am really disappointed to see the behaviour of the front desk staff at the time of checking in and not giving me the room because the address of my wife on her driving licence didn't match the address mentioned on my aadhar card and then you also refused to provide the breakfast for my 6 year old daughter has they say only the breakfast is included for adults looking forward to make my trip to do the needful and look it into this matter on the priority basis.

One towel for 2 guests. No hand towels. Incompetent staff. Very argumentative and discourteous. If you walk into the lobhy at night its like a railway station waiting room with people sleeping on the floor

Good room, deluxe room is spacious, parking gets full due to hotel but hotel valet manages it. Breakfast is complimentary and it is bikanerwala which is situated at ground floor of hotel. Breakfast is excellent due to bikanerwala breakfast. Overall a good hotel to stay and recommended

Best thing is about the food available of bikanervala below the hotel is bikanervala. Rest all good about the hotel. No complaints. Value for money.

Breakfast is not available at hotel but at a nearby bikanerwala restaurant. And you can take only a parantha or a sandwich. Lighting isn’t proper inside the room

Stay wise good. Room service was average. And most disaster is it's breakfast which is in bikanervala where a long waiting time for breakfast with limited availability. And most of the time few items according to list was either not available or very delay in its preparation.
