food and stay was too good. Staff was also good

Barring the food service and the car parking, everything else was terrible. They first offered a damp smelling room that seemed to have been closed for a long time. Wifi issues, hot water going away in the middle of a shower.

Location is good. We didn't had good sleep at hotel. Very loud bar music disturbing at room. Rooms are not sound proof. After bar closed staff was shifting furniture at roof which again disturbed our sleep. I made to call at reception to stop disturbing activities. Not worth to stay.

It was a nice property with very good ambitions the room service was good and the hotel staff were very cooperative. Morning breakfast was too much healthy.

Good things 1st-
- good ambience - polite staff
- good food suite 306 was alloted. Around midnight the room was filled with smoke. I believe it was generators fumes, which was getting ****** in by the ac duct. Had to contact the reception thrice to get attention to the matter. Once all the exhausts were activated, the problem got resolved in some time. Such cases require more promptness from the staff. Barring this incident, overall the stay was ok.

Cockroach and mosquito in room, broken electric kettle and pathetic service. Curtain fallen down while adjusting it took them more than an hour to sort the issue.

It was pleasant stay at hotel savvy grand, neat and clean rooms well behaving staff. Location is also good.

Stay was superb, loved it, looking forward for more stay, room service, all the workers everything is great, every member of the hotel is very friendly
