Bathroom door stuck when i was inside. Had to call house keeper n come out. Changed the room. The second room had water seepage from the airconditioner. Hotel is located in a narrow busy road in the corner.

I and my wife came to lucknow on 9th nova 24. Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Great people. Excellent service and place.

Hotel is situated very close to hazratganj which is one of the prime markets in lucknow city. Hospitality and staff was too kind. Rooms and facilities are adequate.

Location is close to hazratganj and accessible easily. The in-room dinning menu has a great spread and food is super. The staff behavior is cooperative. Overall professional ambience.

Everything was fine, there is one thing required, there must be an option for early morning check-in, i was supposed to reach lucknow 9 october in the morning, but due to no early morning check in, i had to book hotel on 8 october so that i can easily check in due to advance booking and check out 12 pm 9 october

The stay was very well sought out, the rooms were clean and tidy with well set tech and amenities. The staff was co-operative and friendly. Service was on point and they were helpful in guiding us to point out the imp. View points of lucknow
