Very Bad experience!! Had booked Family Suite, checked at 6 pm in evening but room was not ready, dirty, used toilets, Really dirty and stained pillows and Bedsheets, muddy, stained Bathroom floors, doors, Stained and Dirty Sofa, Rude and highly Unprofessional Staff, Cheating in Billing, too slow Service and what Not !! And staff is arguing and not ready to understand or listen at all. Really surprised how Tripadvisor have rated it at no 5 Value hotel in Lucknow !! It doesn't even diserve to be rated as One Star... Will NOT Recommended it to anyone...

Unfortunately, I recently made a reservation at Ratana International Lucknow and had a really bad experience. Amenities like WIFI that were promised to me when I made the hotel reservation through Make my trip. However, when we got there, upon cross checking we got to know that there is no wifi. In addition, I saw a number of incidents of rudeness from hotel employees, including the hotel manager and general manager. These encounters left me feeling incredibly let down, and I would not suggest this hotel to anybody. When we requested a refund, they advised us to contact Make My Trip. When Make My Trip did so to approve refund, they categorically denied that any wifi issues existed.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL. BEHAVIOR OF OWNER & HIS STAFF IS VERY RUDE, THEY TAKE FULL MONEY IN ADVANCE IN CASH & NOT GIVE THE GST BILL. THIS IS TOTAL TAX CHORI SYSTEM. NO STAYING FACILITIES. NO FIRE SYSTEMS IN HOTEL. WE WOULD LIKE WARN ALL THE PEOPLE, PLEASE NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OR STAYING & ANY FUNCTION. BEFORE BOOKING THE HOTEL, THEY WILL TALK WITH YOU WELL BUT AFTER PAYING THE FULL PAYMENT, THEY WILL CHANGE. WE WOULD ALSO LIKE TO INFORM TO ALL LICENSE AUTHORITIES TO CANCELL THE LICENCE OF THIS HOTEL.

We would like to give 0 star to the owner & his hotel. We would also request to all people, please not to book this hotel other wise you may be in trouble. Our experience with Ratna International was not good. The behavior of Owner & staff are not supportable. We booked a hall for Ring ceremony @69000/- & paid 50000/- advance. But at the time of party at 10 pm, Owner & his staff stopped the dinner due to 19000/- only whenever we told him to pay in the morning, his attitude was wrong of the owner & his staff. Our guest were there. Ultimately, We went to home with his staff for 19000/- & paid in the hotel then they ordered to staff to give the dinner to our 40 guests. It is shame for this hotel. Our guests gave also the complaints to us for the rooms facilities. There was no water in the tab, no paste, no soap. AC was also not working well. Many times, we called to owner & his staff but no good response. Dinner was also not up to mark.
