If ur foreigner traveling without local id please stay away.the staff wont let you check in even though you're already booked and paid

Visited with my family and booked 2 rooms. Overall experience was good. Food was also good. Service was also nice. Mr. Rajkumar was very helpful. Worth for money.

The room alloted to me was not clean. The toilet seat was not at all clean. The bathroom was full of spider webs. It was not a good experience. Cleanliness should be the priority.

the room was very nice and clean,
sufficient for two members,also the staff members were very cooperative

The TV inside the room, Air conditioner, and geyser was not working properly. Neither the room service was upto the mark.

There was some dust around the room but the hotel staff were quite active. Overall a good experience!

Approachable and centrally located average hotel near alambagh bus station. Don't stay at 3rd floor as the kitchen is operational past mid night causes lot of disturbance. The washed linens are stained and blankets are rarely washed. Wifi internet hardly works. The service and reception staff are well behaved, quick and positively receptive to feedback which is greatest positive factor. If you're not hygiene conscious and looking for a cheap stay then go for it.
