Staff have less service mind. Room is not clean. Location is ok.

The hotel needs total renovation upgradation. Not value for money.

Location is great but service is not that good especially the restuarant and housekeeping.

Stayed there for 2 days and it was horrid ke experience. There is no housekeeping number every time you have to make a call in reception and then you have to remind them 3 times that what you ask for. Delay in every service.

It was good overall, except that there was a party going on, On a weekday & it had blasting music. Despite our telling them repeatedly, nothing was done & we had a difficult time sleeping

Drei Sterne hier sind nicht äquivalent zu drei Sternen in Europa. Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Positiv zu erwähnen jedoch ist die Service und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten - sehr freundlich!

Location is good for business trip, small lobby, well trained FO staff are polite and helpful. Restaurant serves decent breakfast spread, however a la cart is a bit on the higher side. Room was decent sized and comfortable however had trouble with AC throughout the stay. Overall Average stay however nothing much to complain about.

The Property is very Old and Need a Renovation badly.. the toilets are stinking and Very unhygienic .. The breakfast wa horrible, stale food and Arrogant attitude of the staffs.. In total this property is NOT a Radisson style Hotel. Must Avoid Hotel,, Lucknow has plenty of choice

The pool is slightly small and not very clear water. Great experience housekeeping was just amazing kind and courteous right rinku was just soo helpful rooms was always clean rinku was always smiling any anything that was needed was just a phone call away would highly recommend staying at the Radisson city centre lucknow ❤️

Hotel management is good. Staff behavior and service are really good. Staff is friendly and attentive. Sheetal, Anukriti, Anika, Shiv Pratap, Kaumudi, Yash, Adnaan, Ramit were so helpful. Ambience is nice. Would like to stay here in my next visit.
