Great experience checkin was hassle free and staff was very polite and cooperative. Good option for stay .

The room was too small but clean. Food is fine. The hotel is located on the first floor which may be an issue for elderly people because the lift is little far. Those who have cars can go to basement nas take the lift.

The rooms were not clean and ac was not working. There was a smell inside the room. The bedsheets were not changed from last use .. could see hairs on bed

I stayed for three nights and experienced very bad services. No proper cleaning of room in daytime, they only manage the bed. Very very BAD service

Place was good , good food and was very near to sgpgi Lucknow . I was not in the center of Lucknow , but still decent place to stay.

The rooms were clean, staffs friendly and they upgraded our rooms on availability so that’s a bonus point. The hotel restaurant food is Amazingg btw !!
