The one positive point about this hotel is its location close to the sea. And the friendly welcome and checkout by Eleanna and Vangelis. I booked a Panorama Junior Suite with sea view at a promotional reduced rate. I regretted my choice because even at the reduced rate this is not value for money. At first sight the room looks nice thanks to the large bed, but there is no 5-star comfort. Towels are quite small, old bathroom with a mini shower head and poor quality bath products. In the mini bar products were missing and when I phoned the male receptionist to inform them I was brushed off in a rude way. The food is very expensive and as an experienced Greek traveller since over 30 years I think the Olympian gods would punish them for serving skata to their guests. I tried the buffet, a nightmare, the room service, where I got a different salad than what I ordered after 45 minutes waiting, and the Triaina a la carte, where I got lousy food for an exorbitant price and which made me sick. At least they had the decency to remove that meal charge from my invoice. The staff in the restaurant was not attentive and one of them chased away a young couple in a rude way because they just wanted to have a drink. It was not what she said but how she did it, a disgrace to Greek filoxenia. Avoid this place, it does not represent what Greece is all about.
